There's way too many people signing affidavits to be brushed off.

When you've got dozens or hundreds of people in single states and we're talking multiple states that's a bit too much to be a conspiracy to lie about cheating. Too unwieldy. Some of them would spill the beans.

It depends on how much damage judges think the allegations in the affidavits, particularly not allowing poll watchers and counting observers, did to the Trump campaign and the Republican Party. That is the strongest argument by far in PA, MI, and GA. I think they weren't allowed in in multiple places in WI too. That's just no. The rest is this stuff looks weird because it's 87 standard deviations from the baseline of previous elections and there's no good explanation for it and etc. That sounds good to us, but a court will want more than that. They'll want some proof. The proof of GOP observers being shut out is already there, it's on camera.

Dominion might be the strongest argument but they need a court order to get at the machine logs and the code of the election day patch and all the code in general. Without getting that they're back to this shit is weird c'mon man!

Yeah, I think next week is when the Dems will enter full desperation mode. It hasn't even been one week since the Biden "win" and we already got shit like this.

I wonder just how desperate the Media and Big Tech, to say nothing about the DNC and the Antifa-types, are going to get before the end of this.

We're basically guaranteed to get riots and screeching activists trying to intimidate Republican legislators and SCOTUS judges. Look at poor Lindsay Graham. Oh wait, he doesn't give a shit.

Please stop. We spent all our money on two Senate races and have no money left. We can't afford this. Stop, please God.

Well the media is blasting me with headlines that "The GOP Gov. of Ohio has declared that Biden is the President Elect". Its over now my friends...

Im trying to get an emergency email/call to Trump's legal team to go ahead and call off the lawsuits now.
Oh fuck, it's right there in the Constitution.
Whoever the GOP Governor of Ohio declares the President Elect is the President elect.
I think this is after the part about how AP and CNN call the election. It's over.

Also here is some info on arizona.

Is that the same person as https://twitter.com/secretaryhobbs. That would be explain a lot. I was going to point out how retarded it would be to post that on any account even on an unofficial account at this time.

Does anybody know how much affect this would have in law though. Its clear she hates the man or at least hated the man, but would that matter in any legal context?
Yes, that's the same lady and it would throw quite a few things into question, such as how Maricopa County alleges that it had a perfect 100% match rate during the audit, which is unbelievably statistically improbable considering how many "poor quality" ballots have been found in every single other part of the country, requiring that hundreds or even thousands of ballots get chucked out during the audit.

Yet somehow, for some mysterious reason, everything happening under Hobbs is perfectly and completely fine. It's a bit dubious.

There’s been a bit of a lull in momentum, so I thought I’d upload some of the documents from Donald J Trump for President Inc. vs. Benson, the Michigan lawsuit.

The Trump campaign did their best to get this out there Tuesday and Wednesday, but by now the media machine has had a chance to debunk cherry picked claims and cement in people’s mind the idea that the allegations of fraud are “baseless”

They are not.

There are, like WH press secretary Kayleigh McEnany stated, 234+ pages of signed testimony alleging everything from intimidation of Republican ballot challengers to actual eyewitness of outright fraud. Every single article I’ve read about the lawsuit links to the initial filing, but they do not link to the exhibits (isn’t that fucking convenient?). I found them on courtlistener.com and I’m attaching them here for your viewing pleasure.

Included are:

  • Main filing
  • Civil cover sheet
  • Exhibit 1 - Sworn testimony of witnesses to electioneering and voter fraud
  • Exhibit 2 - An additional single testimony
  • Exhibit 3 - Filing from a separate lawsuit, Costantino and McHall vs. City of Detroit et al., which includes additional sworn testimony of fraud.
  • Exhibit 4 - Email showing a good faith claim by the Trump campaign to be present for an accuracy test of the tabulation machines

Feel free to refer to this next time someone refers to election fraud claims as “baseless”.

I don't know why they keep claiming it wasn't close.

Even from the reported margins, it's looking to be a nailbiter. Biden's only squeaking by in key swing states he needed to win, and he doesn't have crushing margins in states that he DID win like Trump did. (What, 5% in OH and 3%+ in Florida?)

As Based Dilbert Merchant has said, the left is currently holding two conflicting narratives in their minds:

1. HAHAHA, We won and the right is completely insane for thinking there's any fraud or errors in the election results. Cope cope cope ha ha ha!

2. They're actually looking? ... Oh, fuck.

Shit's getting real...
These are parts of an e-mail sent from the Biden-Harris campaign to their newsletter subscribers.

>"Our victory in this election was decisive"
>Our opponents have resorted to frivolous lawsuits
If the lawsuits are so frivolous, then why do you need so much money to fight them? The truth should be a necessary and sufficient defense, no?

Piss off! You pos raised and spent almost 2x as much money as Republicans this election and won and you're telling me you need more money!
