We've known that for a while. The blog she wrote about her trial quotes this post and she calls it her favourite description of the incident.

I find it hard to believe JKR would slip from the moral high ground like that. Not so, Kate Scottow who deffo called Hayden that and earned a conviction for it.

If you're a childless nonce who spends most of your cash on booze and rentboys, why would you not rent somewhere more central? Does he own it? Has anyone checked the land registry?

Uncle Tony attended court today (11/11/2020) to serve what was effectively a super injunction on Mrs B Dickenson, a widow with a child who has recently recovered from cancer.

Hayden was seeking to get all mentions of his criminal convictions injuncted from being discussed or mentioned by the defendant. Hayden argued that as the convictions were spent, any mention of them infringed his rights to a private life.

An emotional Hayden - who broke down crying on more than one occasion - stated that discussion of his past ruined his reputation.

Giving evidence, Hayden confirmed that both he and "close personal friend" Kate Jones (@abadgirly/@katybops on Twitter) operate the @sallyvation Twitter account which was used to circumvent twitter blocks imposed by the likes of Moody, Dickenson and Mother Farrow.
Hayden stated that Jones was privy to the DropBox account used by Hayden to "serve" papers on Dickenson and others. Under oath, Hayden stated the shared DropBox link was not public, but "private", intimating that it was password protected. This is clearly perjury as the DropBox location was open to anyone without any security requirements. This is not the first time Tony has thrown Jones under a bus for passing court documents, so it's perplexing why Jones sticks by her "close personal friend".

The judge, Mr Justice Nicklin, argued that at the Knowles ex parte hearing, Tony's extensive criminal past had been disclosed in open court and was in the public domain.

A clearly exasperated Mr Justice Nicklin was critical of Hayden claiming Dickenson was RMFY on Kiwifarms, pointing out that in previous legal cases, Hayden had claimed Adrian Yalland was RMFY. Such was the judge's annoyance with Hayden that he threatened him with contempt.

Nicklin asked Tony simple questions about why he had started legal proceedings, instead of simply blocking Dickenson, and why he had deliberately, along with ReporterLAL tracked Dickenson's other social media accounts down in an attempt to mine and manufacture "offence".

The judge further stated that if he granted the injunction, the defendant and others would be prevented discussing Hayden's "extensive litigation history".
So concerned was Justice Nicklin, that he has ordered Hayden to disclose all proceedings in all courts so he has a full picture of Hayden's extensive use of the English legal system for fiduciary advantage. The judge suspects the courts were facing numerous frivolous claims by Hayden, and he thinks Hayden brings proceedings before different judges to avoid patterns of vexatious litigation being detected. Hayden has until 13th November to provide details of all claims, especially those where Hayden has been granted fee waiver via the Help With Fees scheme.

The judge has gone away to think. A furious Hayden disconnected his video feed before proceedings ended to prevent those present seeing the expression on his face.
The twitter accounts @reporterLAL and @legalaidloser were discussed at length, with the judge noting that @ReporterLAL being very quick to support Hayden, and deplored @reporterLAL discussing Dickenson's child's cancer in such a distressing manner.

There are some very interesting takeaways from this:
1. The judge is keen to see if Hayden's behaviour crosses the threshold into vexatious litigation, and if there is fraud surrounding the potential misuse of the Help With Fees scheme.
2. The collusion between Hayden and @reporterLAL
3. The involvement of Kate Jones (KateCreature) in Hayden's schemes, and if she may be ordered by the court to provide evidence against Uncle Tony in any ensuing criminal proceedings, or indeed, if she has left herself open to criminal action in her collusion with Tony.

The number of Tony's lolsuits where he has won by dressing his bullying on the internet up in legal language and claiming to be the victim is too damn high. He needs a vexatious litigant tag, and maybe some private legislation specifically banning him from claiming legal fee exemptions to file lolsuits. There must be some sort of right-wing Tory MP who makes a hobby of defunding legal aid etc., who could come up with something to stop fee exemptions being used for any matter that Tony might ever use to bully women on the internet with?

All I know is what is in the public domain. When he was convicted of affray with a golf club, his previous convictions read out in court included an indecent assault on an underage male. I'm told this was the main thing Uncle Tony wants covered up. Understandable.So it was presumably spoken of in court today. It was probably 1997 come to think
of it.

Judge Matthew Nicklin never practiced as a solicitor before becoming a barrister. Solicitors are the worst aspect of the UK legal system, sometimes they're a neccessary evil, but in a lot of cases they'll casually act against their clients best interest to drag cases out and pad fees.

Nicklin practiced media law before this, and I think he's got a firm grip of Hayden. I'm hoping he's capable of navigating whatever tranny minefield is laid out in front of him.

Hayden has obviously been worried about getting branded a vexatious litigant and probably thinks he's taken steps to avoid that. However whatever about all the misery he's caused for people, he's now inconvenieced a member of the establishment and may be about to get fucked.

I'd almost feel sorry for Kate, she's clearly mad and not clever enough to work out that Tony has used her, Harrop and every other person he's ever befriended.

But then she did join in with Tony and his bullying campaign against women for God knows what reason, so I'll piss myself silly if she ends up in the dock.

I don't know why Hayden would want to live near the stadium, arena etc but many people do and there's also a large shopping mall in the refurbished neighbourhood.

Ir's only largely a Muslim area if you don't distinguish between Muslims and Hindus.

I'm convinced Tony gives up on the drag act for a large chunk of the day. There's no way he wandered around in south africa in a dress, and I suspect he doesn't do it in the more 'diverse' areas of the UK either.
