I think it is obvious when you are actually the nation involved. People looking in might not understand the players, the groups, the demographics, etc. (I.e. how much do any of us know about Africa politics to make heads or tails of an election. American politics is usually center stage so everyone sees the "slight of hand" that makes the trick work.)

Most places also don't have 24 hour news channels constantly lying making segments of the population immune to bullshit.

How do we know the state legislatures won't cuck out? That they won't go "fuck it" in the opposite direction and tell the electors to vote Biden, because "muh the people voted"? The noble losers haven't gone away.

We don't know that for sure. But given that these state legislatures are all victims of voter fraud by the DNC, and this is one of their best opportunities to stick a knife in the lefty party machine and get away with it... I suspect they won't.

We don't. As if most of our speculations here, it's an informed guess that the republicans will back Trump on this. So far, all the signs from the GOP has been encouraging. The top leaders of the GOP is backing Trump. The voters never lost faith in him. You can be assured that Mitch will be doing his utmost to lean on the GOPe to fall in line, because the alternative is a Biden presidency and the GOP becoming unelectable because of fraud being legitimised, and stabbing a popular leader in the back in his key moment.

Simply put, while I don't think Trump has everything in the bag, he has a pretty good chance of pulling this rabbit out of his hat. There are many paths to a good outcome for him, be it simply winning the lolsuits and flipping states, getting the case thrown up to the SCOTUS to rule on, or the final backup of state legistators selecting their own electors. (I don't think faithless electors are something to rely on, but it'd be peak 2020 if that is what ending up giving Trump his second term. The reverse is also true btw.)
