How do we know the state legislatures won't cuck out? That they won't go "fuck it" in the opposite direction and tell the electors to vote Biden, because "muh the people voted"? The noble losers haven't gone away.

It's certainly not a guarantee but it would stand to reason that if Democrats get away completely with the obvious cheating in this election cycle, the Republicans will lose the Senate in January because there will be wholesale cheating in the two Georgia runoffs.
