I mean, I'm registered independent too. Not all Independents are libertarians, I just find that I agree with both sides on occasion and don't have a strong affiliation to either.

In Bush vs Gore there were multiple attempts at recounts that didn't quite meet the rules in an attempt to get an advantage, with the result that they run out of time and the state legislature was allowed to do direct appointment of electors.
I reckon we'll see similar behavior this year.

The real shitshow happens if they apply the law properly and revoke the Nov3 rule. That... will be an absolute nightmare to figure out, because they supposedly (can't find a source) destroyed the envelopes, which supposedly is how you track ballots that aren't properly counted.

Probably optimistic, but a way to make voting machines that aren't sus as fuck is for all localities to source them as locally as possible. Though that might risks greater incumbent fraud. I dunno, but one or two big, especially global, companies shouldn't be in charge of these machines for us. At the least, there should be a lot more independent people capable of doing some sanity checks on the design and operation of these machines.

Its part of several lawsuits aimed around the same general procedural identification grounds. Assuming most/all succeed, and they all are solid, ~8K. Doesn't sound like a lot, but the idea here is to chip away at Biden's lead. not glamorous, but adds up~

Here's the thing, the big rule that everyone says the PASC is gonna get fucked over on... in part said they COULD count them. So yah, those are counted, but set aside in case the totals need to be lowered.

Stage 1: Media pressure campaign, attempts to maintain the mask of legitimacy.
Stage 2: Co-ordinated pressure campaign, convince RINOs to stab Trump in the back, have nations fully support (Some did back away as expected), push rhetoric up. Right to the edge of legitimacy.
Stage 3: Expected it to take longer to start getting here, but 2020. Drop the mask entirely, begin MASSIVE pressure, begin leveraging political apparatus, direct fights in courts, re-ignite ANTIFA and BLM, riots are VERY likely, direct action by these factions. Bombings and insurrection -likely-.
3 triggered too soon, the resources for the latter half aren't ready yet. So expect it to be a mishmash of the worst of 2 and least of 3 until abooout monday. Unless they put a RUSH on it, but that'd mean risking too many links to the levers of power.
