It's a meme at this point. They see a female with any kind of hourglass figure and immediately pull out the cries of "BUT WHERE ARE HER ORGANS THO". They're not thinking about it, they're just doing the equivalent of thoughtlessly typing "lol" when someone makes a joke no matter how bad it is.

This meme is most famous among big tiddy drawings. It's the "oof, ouch, her back" thing when any femcel sees someone draw a big tiddy female.

I hate when people make these kind of comments, not only because tons of times the artist is a woman, but because they pretend that renown hentai artists with lots of years behind them don't actually know how to draw because their sexy girls are unrealistic. We fucking KNOW they aren't, we just DON'T CARE.

Nothing to do with the subreddit but it fits the spirit here. Some time ago, EU03 (former artist from Lab Zero) posted some pics to demonstrate common mistakes.
The first image was about how people draw the pelvic area too small but so many people are fixated with the placement of the navel. And then there's this dunning-kruger:

You see, this is the reason why I included a slime girl as a main character in my story, just so I could have a side character comment "where are her organs?" at which she removes her shirt and forms a hole in her gooey body, then replies: "I don't have any."

In all seriousness, though: Have they not heard of stylization? If they saw Slayers, or pretty much any cartoon or anime before them, they would be pissed. But anyhow, let's not forget they treat the idea of a woman's body as sacred as Catholics treat the crucifix : alter it, exaggerate it, and you've blasphemed.

The whole damn fucking point of stylization is to represent something by exaggerating until it becomes unrealistic. They can't wrap their heads around it because apparently it all has to be a picture perfect photorealistic representation on how they believe women SHOULD look, based on the women they've seen in real life, combined with themselves. They simply refuse to understand, so they can keep on moralizing. I suppose their particular mode of entertainment defaults to interrupting those other people enjoy.

I've more than enough reason to liken these people with church ladies, and othersuch religious busybodies who didn't like others having harmless fun, because they knew that that rock n' roll albums and those D&D sessions were turning them into satanists, they were just too stupid to know it!

Stylized characters are supposed to be far flung, over the top projections of the human psyche: characters like that shouldn't look like mundane people. They're on the scale of Greek gods, walking abstractions, representing the archetypes that govern the human imagination in one way or another. Their appearance should say something about them: if she is hyperfeminine, she should look hyperfeminine. If he is hypermasculine, he should look hypermasculine. It's really not that hard.

Although, these days you don't need to sexualize your characters. Become popular enough, and your fans will sexualize it for you.

I had a notification on this, they downvoted people saying the artist is female, a porn artist, or asking how the boobs(you tell me if they are) it was weird how they keep saying they were

Not at all, even in comics, there are very few outright sexual (not in horrific-guro-crap way, I mean). There is one who is just a blue-skinned Rambo erzats, ffs. They are just...things.

The boobs don't look that unrealistic. Not real obviously but I've seen fake boobs that look exactly like that before. Also like Sakimichan NEEDS the approval of some redditor on what's hot and what's not. It's not my thing but it's Sakimichan's if she chose to draw it. That subreddit seems to have a hard-on for Sakimichan if they talk about her this much. It's like she can never do anything right in their eyes. Even her fetishes get critiqued for some reason which is usually a reddit no-no.
