Nick is fairly humble and willing to point out that there's no way he can be certain in his analyses and anybody who says that they're certain in theirs is trying to sell you something.
There was literally nothing wrong with his analysis in Vic OR DSP. DSP's case required the incredible luck of literally nobody even trying to challenge his obviously bogus numbers. There was no way to predict that level of sheer laziness. And it's pretty premature to talk about Vic when the appeals court hasn't even ruled yet.

Try getting votes certified now you fucking stupid bastard!

I love this because I've always got slight Bateman vibes from Trump. And as a terrible person myself that intrigues me. There's a reason there are fasces on the Lincoln Memorial long before fascism was a thing.

And, unlike Lincoln, Trump has the support of the state legislatures in the disputed states. And a majority of the SCOTUS. If the Republicans can't win with these cards, they surely won't be able to win once the Biden regime has flipped control of all of those with fake elections and court-packing and disarmed and censored Republicans.
Trump's fight and Georgia's fight are tied together now.

If Trump is not elected president by any legal means necessary then the democrats will win the Georgia runoffs due to a demoralized base. No point on voting for a party of cucks. If they cuck from a position of advantage, they will for sure even if they hold the Senate.

What the hell happened to the ACLU? You would think they would want the truth regarding any fraud to be discovered so stay at arms length. They really have given up all pretence of being an advocate for right and just become another partisan group claiming non-profit status.
The ACLU from day one has been a communist advocacy organization. Their supposedly principled stances on free speech and civil liberties were PR stunts and/or part of a larger strategy of protecting the liberties that subversive leftist elements abuse to spread their mind virus.

Roger Baldwin, founder of the ACLU, wrote this in the thirtieth anniversary edition of his Harvard classbook:

My ‘chief aversion’ is the system of greed, private profit, privilege, and violence which makes up the control of the world today, and which has brought it the tragic crisis of unprecedented hunger and unemployment…. I am for Socialism, disarmament, and ultimately the abolishing of the state itself as an instrument of violence and compulsion. I seek social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and sole control by those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. It all sums up into one single purpose—the abolition of dog-eat-dog under which we live, and the substitution by the most effective non-violence possible of a system of cooperative ownership and use of all wealth.

He was influenced by OG AnCom Emma Goldman (every time...) and was a member of the IWW.

If you're depending on romney you don't really hold the senate, honestly.

I've only ever known conservatives and libertarians to be good at two things: Cucking out when you shouldn't, and not cucking out when you should.

To me, that's a good thing. It makes them so extreme more normies will end up being put off by them. People don't particularly want terrorism to become the norm, especially if the left openly supports it.
Yeah but there will be a time period before that happens in which there will be violence.

If Biden wins, it emboldens them because "we took down the orange Man, we can take down this frail old man."

If Trump wins then they will be convinced everyone in the country is in fact a secret nazi and they will be justified in the violence.

And AntiFa leadership will never be raided by the FBI so they can keep training new operatives and making new cells.

This is going to be a long process of rooting these people out.

Milwaukee Election Chief busted illegally running 169k votes without any observers.
Apparently WI law requires someone be with her as she counts at 2am in the morning. Notice no one was around her as a group walked in. This was featured on news in WI. Tweet asserts that she violated election law by doing it alone - similar to PA - so the votes should be tossed.

They don't want those internal crybabies to damage the case? That's what the phrasing sounds like.

The reply came from a bot, supposedly.

We'll see what comes out of this. I find the claim that a single person ran 169k votes odd.

Ok guys, the Donald.win is fun if you just want to go sit in a hugbox but stop acting like they're a news source.

I read an interesting take on this election from a former sports bookie. He was saying you could not engineer a more perfect odds swing if you tried.

Late Nov 3rd evening, the odds were up to 8 to 1 for trump. Shortly after, fox called Arizona, and everyone stopped counting. Then all the biden votes came in.

If someone knew the plan, they stood to make a shitload of money betting when the odds favored trump heavily.

It was an interesting perspective. I'll try to find it again and link to it.
The stats is what is keeping me convinced that it is worth fighting.

If they don't have the spine to stand up to public outcry, they don't have the spine for court in the first place. Better to find out now rather than in the court room.
Would you really want a law firm that has so many clients that would pressure them that if they did keep representing you it would harm your interests? That's what's called a conflict of interest.

What if Trump and the GOP give it their all but still lose because the Democratic Swamp is too strong against one man and his Republican Swamp buddies? Will you still vote for Trump, and more importantly, do you think the rest of the base will turn out?

I meant vote for GOP. For some reason, I can't edit no more.

At that point the GOP and every other third party will be shitting their pants and the world will see that the United States is now like a monarchy or oligarchy. At least American propaganda of freedom and democracy does down the drain. That is the ultimate blackpill if that scenario happens where Trump and the GOP both fail.

For what? If they want to refuse to take on a client and demonstrate themselves to be completely unfit for the rigors of their chosen profession, they're entirely within their rights to do so.
Well they already took on the client. They may be ethically obligated to pull out if their other clients are pressuring them. Now those other clients might themselves be subject to liability for, e.g., tortious interference, depending on whether Pennsylvania law is favorable to such a claim, depending on what they said and what the terms of the retainer agreement (a contract) said. Good luck getting past attorney/client privilege though because such a thing would be neither crime nor fraud, at least unless you could prove fraud, which tortious interference by itself isn't.

Of course Biden's legal team is prepping for a fight, the question is how much of a fight can they effectively put up against the evidence that Trump's legal team has.
Well, the first step I see would be to punch holes in the affidavits. And if the farms can do that in a case involving anime voice actors, surely lawyers for a potential POTUS can do that too.
That's for the entire state. It's an excellent improvement, but even the entire state can't overcome the city. Upstate needs to split with the city joining Northern NJ.
What are the odds the situation becomes a powder keg ready to explode? I already know that NYC is seeing real estate prices going down and crime going up with crimes in subway stations happening in broad daylight.
Oh yeah, as we all know Trump has the best lawyers its definitely not a notorious weak point to the point that he cant even get an executive order out before its stopped by a judge
Well, Trump's deal has been dish out EO and revise it once the judges throw it back. Does he have enough time to do something like that here?

The law firm representing Trump in PA has been bullied into quitting.

Bad news but it's not unexpected the Democrats will use intimidation to try to stymie the legal process. After all, that's what the KKK did.

If they don't have the spine to stand up to public outcry, they don't have the spine for court in the first place. Better to find out now rather than in the court room.
Well, now we know what the new plan for the Democrats is. After all, they just have to run out the clock and play the optics game.
If democrats are so confident in a Biden win, why are they so hell bent on stopping the process that could actually exonerate Biden if it turns out the fraud was either not there or not enough to stop a Biden win. Then Biden can call himself a legitimate president.
Because it's not enough to win. They have to destroy Trump. They have to make an example to everyone who dares to stop he road to a progressive utopia. They won't stop until Donald Trump and his family is dead, in jail, broke, and preferably all three.
