But considering Trump has outstanding court cases ranging from sexual misconduct, tax fraud, bank fraud, countersuits against some of his litigations, a class action suit for his Trump University thing, a federal revisit of the case with Micheal Cohen's testimony for payments to Stormy Daniels, a lawsuit about siphoning money for his political organization, and iirc something to do with Trump Tower.

I'm not sure how much of this will stand up but I know the mayor of NY is waiting for Trump, and given all that shit I can't imagine him running again

Using your hypothetical, if he a 75% chance to flip one state in court. That's a 75% of Trump at least securing one final "fuck you."

If he can prove that even one state conspired against him enough to flip the vote, he's basically saved his legacy. It doesn't matter if he wins it back. He can just say "In Pencilvanya, there was obvious election fraud and we proved it in court but the other judges were simply corrupt and lied through their crooked teeth." It might not win him much but that might potentially tarnish America's reputation more than if he won the entire election back in court.
