"Idiotic policy" in this case is mostly continuations of suspended policies that were relatively mild or a watered down green infrastructure bill that actually isn't a bad idea.

Yes, the allegations are in contention, and some are currently under investigation. In PA and WI, ballots that were delivered for counting after the state-mandated deadline are in a precarious position-- for that matter, because of the way that the authorization for mail-in ballots was written in that state and the subsequent actions of the PASC regarding that act, mail-in ballots in general are in a precarious position in PA.

Something similar is going on in MI since IIRC, they had a mail-in ballot deadline of 8 PM on election day as well, along with the whole shitshow with Dominion Systems. The fact is it's still to early to tell what is happening. Anyone telling you this or that is lying and we should just watch the situation as it develops.
