That fortunate twist of fate might be the difference between getting at least a somewhat equitable outcome and being ran over. I would still imagine there is a lot of jockeying going on behind the scenes which the results won't come to light for another good 3 weeks (Yay!).

1. Affidavits from multiple credible witnesses are being compiled
2. That evidence has been gathered about the Dominion/Smartmatic voting machines and abuse thereof.
3.That a solid legal case for the mishandling of ballots and departures from electoral procedure in the contested states has been formed.

What I don't think has happened.

1. That this entire election has been one giant sting operation with some random EO from 2018 being the legal basis for it.
2. That they've got damning internal communications from anybody that matters Dems/MSM/big tech.
3. That Trumps team can prove that millions of the ballots were fraudulently cast.

All in all I give us about A4s v TT aipf chance of beating this thing. That puts about a 7 to 3 dog.

Regarding the Dallas Jones/ballot harvesting accusation. it was a class action suit filed in October that appears to be a dead end. To my layman's eye, it looks like the Harris County Clerk was setting rules for ballot submission outside of his authority, and may have been working in co-ordination with the Biden campaign who are accused of harvesting. The court decided not to intervene and it's irrelevant now the election is over I think Can anyone read legalese and confirm?
