Looks like the Donald's not the only one the Dems have to worry about.

This is a double blow because the Dems (like Hogan here) was pushing that "the lawsuits were dismissed silly you lost", now donald went to "well those were not my lawsuits" and people went "what?"

Note how Trump never discouraged Kanye from running, and Kanye was dramatically unserious about the whole thing.

The guy who telegraphs his moves and always wins at poker isn’t lucky, nor is he a supergenius. There are many people at work. Remember that they mocked him for never reading intel briefings at the beginning. Note how many traitors have cycled through the administration and now have no credibility with the right. There is an organized governmental power at work here (I assume the military?) and it is behaving as an American organ should work. The question is whether it can defeat the rest of the world.
this is my theory as well.

there are governent organs that are fully aware of what is happening and are not complicit with it, and if a domestic agent is using military means (like election rigging via software) to achieve the top of the chain of command in an illegitimate way, I expect a big part of these organs to not only be fully aware of it, but also treat the whole thing as a coup.

no way vote rigging is a conspiracy theory that only super online magatards are aware of, this shit isn't pizzagate, every one and their dogs in the NSA could see this shit happening on election day and know that there is an effort from one of the parties to permanently rig the game towards their side.

the question is, how commited they are and who is complicit with the whole thing?

I'm almost certain some of the lawsuits we've heard about are from his campaign specifically, but it'll be interesting if they've been taking 1-2 weeks to craft what's going to be dropping this week.

You think you’ve seen the Orange Man’s final form... Then you may have been mistaken like the fool you are! Trust the plan!

you know what put a wrench in the plans? RBG pinning for the fjords.

they didn't expect that Trump could get three judges that worked on Bush vs Gore on the SCOTUS seats, if she was still alive this whole thing would be over pretty soon, hell, they would be free to cheat and steal literally any election ever probably, with full blessing of the media and big tech to boot.
If their plans hinged upon a woman who was about as healthy as Mr Burns then I think we are vastly over estimating the opposition's tactical acumen.

Who the fuck is filing the preliminary lolsuits?
Trumps initial legal counsel. It was absolute dog shit, and makes up the bulk of the initial rejections.

Trumps New counsel has about a 50/50 success rate, which honestly isn't bad for "none of this reached SCOTUS yet".

So is Donald Trumps hiring strategy literally hiring a bunch of retards and whittling them down to the actually competent people?

Pics and/or source?
IRL: alot of the dopey liberals in my neck of the woods were the lot that unironically believed that voting for Biden would magically make all the 2020 related problems dissappear. The most recent lockdown proposals in my state are making them come to the realization that they've been used like a rag.

More or less... yes. There are a few reasons for this, one is he needs to test them for loyalty. A second is that a LOT of the law establishment is against him. So he appears to have accepted help from a few well established ones (Barnes among them), with the rest of the teams being made up of fairly middling renown lawyers who are going through a VERY aggressive version of the Apprentice.

Its why I have ignored the state level lawsuits, those are all the proving grounds for the teams that will go to the supreme court.

The first wave of lawsuits was to test the waters. See the what and why they were tossed. Arizona's being tossed because 190 votes wasn't going to sway the election, so try a different route and see if it sticks. If it does, then the Trump lawsuit is closely behind.

This also provides a paper trail to the SCOUS should it get to that level. Showing the SCOUS evidence of fraud and that lower courts threw out those cases despite evidence will likely lead to the SC taking up the case.

This is the strategy for the lawsuits themselves, aye. Then you have the proving ground aspect. Things like the Arizona case being tossed because the legal team failed to confirm its affidavits? That team is getting replaced.

Losing the Pennsylvania team was a blow, but they'll likely have suggestions for other solid firms to use in the state.
