I’ve listened to Taylor’s podcast for a while. It’s family friendly and pro-Christian, but it’s never political. He has spoken out about Hollywood being a dark place. It’s probably why some people are against him, in my opinion.

Ok did that really happen 3 times

This is what he's referring to

Just with some simple google-fu, I found BHBH Hughes. Bar# 00793995.

His name is in fact Douglas Bryan Hughes.
I'm assuming it's him because the profile lists BHBH as a place of work. This would be outdated since Hughes left.

I don't know enough about the "Douglas Hughes" the article mentioned other than his name and that he's based in Tyler.

Search variations (e.g. "Douglas Hughes lawyer Tyler Texas") only give me BHBH Hughes.

It's happening again. This is why we can't have nice things.
You know, Karen Strassman was a Trump supporter(?) I didn't see coming.

I know she's done some live action work, the one I recall is some character in Preacher.

He is saying ty was sanctioned 3 times, because of the TCPA sanctions against the 3 parties. He is full of shit as he is misleading what happened.
I do remember BHBH being sanctioned before the Vic suit (though I think it was Harris and Dougherty at fault for that). It was something about being too zealous with their discovery, depositions.

Looks like Nick was wrong on the Hughes part. Looks to be senator Hughes.

How embarrassing

This is a persistent problem with Rekieta. He's very cocksure and overconfident.
"<insert absolutist statement here>, dummy."

If he turns out to be right, it's funny. There can also be no doubt he usually directs it towards the worst people.

But when he's wrong... Oof. 😖 It's like watching somebody cook a grenade too long. It's especially painful when Soye is the intended target.

To be fair, he's actually walking it back somewhat now:

I forget the exact details, but I remember Rekieta conceding lawyers at BHBH were sanctioned, but that it was being appealed at that time. I never bothered to follow up. KV was flinging so much shit back then. A common rejoinder at the time, by ISWV, was that (then) Funimation's Evan Stone had received a far more serious sanction.

So this other VA Flynn got slandered like Vic, fought back istantly with 0 apologies and the cancel op failed already? Color me surprised, expected the same shitty people being behind this useless failed op, they should just admit to hate white christian&straight males at this point given they're the target every single time. :lunacy:
Greg and Ron still grasping at straws is always dumb, but even if Nick was wrong and that lawyer turn out to be the same old ex-partner of Ty...still doesn't change anything about both Ty and Hughes. Wonder what's making Ron this desperate...OH RIGHT, he's scared as shit right now and can't apparently even sperg about the lawsuit anymore. :smug: :smug:

I somehow doubt that James Arnold Taylor didn't reblog these things on parler. He's claiming that, yes, he had an account, but someone hacked it or something to reblog these specific things. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Even if he did reblog them, who cares? It's standard conservative stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if he's conservative and genuinely holds these views, given that most christians seem to be conservative.

Kinda disappointed that he decided to deny everything and delete his account. He could've just made it clear that those were his viewpoints, but that he still respected everybody else's views and sexual identities and stuff. Oh well. Guess he chose the safer route.

The guy seems genuinely nice, by the way. They always target the genuinely nice ones.

And then 4 people on here went off about “learn to google” and “don’t take things at face value” when they in fact took things at face value without any research and were wrong. Y’all are the exact thing you attack.

No one cares if Hughes is the same one who was at BHBH. It's literally inconsequential. It's just a dumb Twitter spat. Hughes wasn't working on the Vic case and even left the firm.

The only reason Manning is turning this into a novel of a post is cause Nick stopped answering his calls. I thought he had gotten over this shit. It's fucking pathetic.
