People tend to forget ANTIFA only has the balls to operate in areas where they have the full consent and support of local politicians, who will bail their ass out as long as they don't step too far over the line. One of the persistent reasons these fuckers show up in areas like Portland is because no one there will lift a finger to stop them, and anyone who dares give them the iron upside the head they richly deserve will be cracked down on with full force to be made an example of.

The problem is that all this BLM and ANTIFA crap has started to fuck with the wrong people. They pushed too hard, and not only have they alienated Joe Average, but Juan Average, Jamal Average, and most recently, Joachim Average. Their response to these groups telling them to fuck off has been absolutely surreal: Calling Black people who dissent the hard R. Calling Hispanics who won't conform all manner of racial slurs. Attacking an orthodox Jewish community with a massive group of black-clad socialists with absolutely no self-awareness.

It's not left vs right anymore. It's literally everyone against the extreme left and their enablers.
I wonder if part of it is to create the illusion of a universal agreement. Being attacked by antifa looks like the 21st century equivalent of getting tarred, feathered, and run out of town. That is, if you don't know the fuckery they use to get that impunity.

I make the comparison between Obama and Carter (ineffectual leaders), but the whole good looking, young, and inexperienced president traits make me realize that the guy was just a black Kennedy, who didn't get rigged into office.
Had Kennedy lived out his entire presidency, I think people would view him differently. Kennedy was the reason the US got involved in Vietnam, but since he got assassinated, it’s swept under the rug.

Why can’t these people name actual sources instead of alluding to some random person/group? If you pride yourself in giving out accurate information, the least you could do is add specifics.
Because this is a nation-wide scandal and click-bait is incredibly easy to sell right now. Sean Davis is one of the co-founders for the Federalist, and this story forcibly yanked a ton of eyes right over to the Federalist. The drawback is, as Brian Cates used to say before Twitter nuked his ass and forced him to hide on a new handle: "The currency the media deals in is trust. You lose some of that every time that your readers find out that you sold them a lie."

I didn't have a lot of trust in Sean to begin with, because fuck the media, but there's a little bit less of it now.

Well, they've burned through that trust like a pack-a-day smoker,

Wasn't Trump against all that shit back in the 2000's though?

Like Trump hasn't really changed his opinions, the politics just changed around him.
Yeah Trump has always been an anti-war sort of person. His politics have been consistent since the 1980's, only certain positions changed based on new information (most notable was Covid)

Wow, there's a fucking shocker. There you go, story's officially both true and false, now. Good fuckin' job, Sean.
Durham is probably jacking it in his office while he "produces" his slam dunk case. Never had hope he would deliver, and it looks like he still won't.

One potential positive side to Biden winning is all of these faggots starving from being dropped by whatever billionaire they are being funded by.

I think one of the most vital things Trump did the last 2 weeks was just carry over the fight past the media's own attention span. If you look at any of the huge social medias they are apparently (if not actually) focusing on other "trends." In a way, everything Trump does now is "behind the scenes," which as everyone knows, is the best place and time to conduct business.

I think it’s funny that because it’s Trump, his viewpoints are considered far right. Most of his stances are considered moderate and his social views are fairly liberal despite being Republican. A lot of things that would have been bipartisan ten years ago are now considered far right only because Trump supports them. It’s rather ridiculous.

I'm not an expert on the mindset of leftists, but they somehow got it in their mind that orange man was source of all the virus woes. It's really bizarre interacting with them; they're normal for the most part (have families, gainful employment, aren't marxist minions), but whenever it comes anything that the msm blames on orange man, they always have this really kindergarten view on it.
Removing civics from Highschool was a mistake.

Well, the guy's just been golfing and refusing to concede. In terms of the former, he sucks and cheats at golf. So it's totally an escape for him to plan without leakers. It's not as if he's playing decent enough games to vent stress.

Abortion. Trump once stated that he supported partial birth abortion ("hate the concept" but wouldn't ban it).

I don't know what he really believed at the time, or if he said what he thought he should say to stay in good graces in Manhattan. To my satisfaction, he definitely delivered on his SCOTUS picks.
