So going into week 2 of the election fight less hopeful than week 1.

Georgia and Arizona didn't turn around in the count. Georgia looks like it's going to be a fight to have a legit audit. PA still most likely to flip from Court cases, but Trump needs two more states to win.

Of note, I don't want a win from the State Legislatures, at least not as things stand now. We've seen how much nuclear options have come back to burn the Democrats, and I don't like the idea of the legislature option being used outside of extreme circumstances.

We'll see how this week goes, but if there doesn't start to be massive discoveries in audits, or a lot of the sketchy reporting on Dominion machines turns out to be true, I see this as coming to a close well before Dec 14th in a way I'll not be happy with.
Thats something I also noticed.

Georgia and Arizona Republicans are not cucking. Several Georgia representatives, including the head of the Georgia GOP division Shafer, are giving warnings about how the recount is complete bullshit and wasn't agreed upon. Same deal in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin

Due to less national control, and with that, less money funneled into them, the local GOP in state legislatures are less cucked than their US national counterparts.

And from what I heard, they are more pro Trump than the assholes at the federal level. So this looks promising.

Really fucking based. I'm glad to see them push forward. The Georgia guys also demanded that Sperger resign, they need to demand the same of Kemp or at least have somebody primary him next go around.

The lawsuits filed by the voters were specifically trying to get all of the presidential votes from Milwaukee and Dane excluded, whereas I'm not sure if Trump is targeting specific counties. Trump suits seems to be more about bias against Republicans to inflate the democratic vote. These specific lawsuits were suggesting that the counties violated state law, which might be why the Judge's ruling about voters being unable to bring constitutional claims might apply. I found this information here:

https://www.jsonline.com/story/news...mocratic-leaning-counties-dropped/6311020002/
https://archive.md/qL9Cd

Additionally, while researching the cases themselves because that CNN article is horribly bare bones, I found this article:

https://wtmj.com/news/2020/11/16/lawsuit-alleging-voter-fraud-in-wisconsin-dropped/
https://archive.md/BvuNv

Apparently the voters declined to say why they were dropping the lawsuit, so CNN is pulling the federal constitutional claim conflict completely out of their ass.
From my reading of Trump’s filings and actions and tweets, he seems to be going after the entire states, and brings up places like Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Phoenix as being particularly brazen.

I thought all those lockdowns was because of Bill De Blasio. All Cupmo did was get into a dick measuring contest with Bill over who hated Trump more.
No. Cuomo tells De Blasio what to do. when riots begin, when they are repressed, if children go to school and who is targeted comes directly from Cuomo. The few times De Blasio challenged Cuomo he quickly capitulated. There is no doubt who's in charge of NYC and it ain't Big Bird.

Donald J. Trump snuck into the White House in 2014 to make a business deal with Republican congressmen and senators to build the cages near the Mexican border as a projection of his racial bias against Mexicans.

No deals were made, he simply brought in (((Jared))) and were powerless to oppose him

And Kim Jung Un should've started WWIII with Donald Trump to save us from his terrible reign and end our misery.

State legislators have much more contact with the people and generally live much more regular lives

They arent able to insulate themselves from plebs as much as members of Congress who basically live in a complete bubble now

Also, they file those 'real' lolsuits yet? Looks to me like they're trying to drag things out and make their real play in the state legislatures with refusing certification -> contingent election and/or direct appointment

You forgot to mention he did this after shapeshifting into Obama with secret government technology while Obama was bringing prosperity to the world with Joe Biden.

Trump is now going to pay for his crimes against peace, science, and our democracy

Those Americans with German names are something else, anon...
Mine's just handsome and adorkable.

I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't filed today because of the one group quitting. If they have some rock solid proof, they will file all of them at once, I think.

I think they'll just file every single claim they've got evidence for. Those will all get denied by local courts and it will all end up at the SCOTUS at appeal and the SCOTUS will end up ordering some ballots thrown out and a recount in various states.

I also think there will be recounts going on right up to the Dec 14th deadline.

The Lord provides! I have written confirmation from my primary gambling platform that they will honor any legal final outcome of the election, SC/269-269 split, direct appointment

No offense dude but when you think of all the possible ways this can end up, that doesn't seem all that probable.

I heard Georgia is going for mail-in ballots again for the run-offs, if thats true, everything is beyond fucked forever.

the legislators at that place need to see what the fuck is at stake, if the DNC can get away with rigging a general election there is nothing that will stop them from getting these senate seats with more mail in fuckery.

I know, I don't mind losing but I would get pissed if they were to fuck me out of money on a technicality.
