It's been 40 minutes since the call was cut. There's more than enough time to fix the issue. I'm getting a little pit in the stomach. The defense lawyers opening argument was so bad that the call dropped right after he made it. They are continuing the hearing anyway. The defense lawyer is likely arguing similar things but we cannot hear his arguments. The judge can make a decision that is based off of arguments that would be ridiculed on an open phone line. What we hear said openly was insane, what are they saying now that no one can hear?

Lol the man has spent a lifetime as a 'property developer' (conman). He's fooled tens of thousands less gullible people than you with serious amounts of money involved. I can't believe that anyone with a brain would expect Trump not to be able to fake confidence, even if he'd lost more brutally than he actually did.

Honestly if the defense slapped the judge with his nuts and still got the case thrown out I wouldn't even be surprised at this point. I'm not getting my hopes up for anything pre-SCOTUS.

I've noticed with normies they often seem to have been affected by the way that whenever something the media class likes - Biden, Obama etc - is mentioned it is always in a positive context. When the media mention something they dislike like Trump or Brexit it is always in a negative context. There is something deeply sinister about this. Especially as it works best on people who spend a lot of time on Twitter, which unfortunately includes most journalists, politicians, and what passes for intellectuals.

There's an old line about how fish are unaware of the ocean they swim, much like we're unaware of the air we breathe. Similarly, the Twitter set are unaware of the biases of their world view.

You deleted the document you posted showing specifically what the judges ruled on and what their logic was in order to insult someone who posted the same information as you. Sums you up pretty well.

It seems like the hearing is paused until they sort out the technical issues.
