"You have no womb, you have no ovaries, you have no eggs. You are a homosexual man twisted by drugs and surgery into a crude mockery of nature's perfection. All the "validation“ you get is two-faced and half hearted. Behind your back people mock you. Your parents are disgusted and ashamed of you, your "friends" laugh at your ghoulish appearance behind closed doors."

Isn't that the same argument that was rejected in bush v gore and got Bush the win?

Yes but according to the lawyer precedent doesn't apply because, and I fucking quote:

"This picture doesn't say what he (Giuliani) says it says. He's talking about things in 1960, 1993, 2009 that amounted to some kind of fraud. You don't go back to those kinds of things to talk about present day under case law.
What else did he say. On the issue of dropboxes, that's okay because there is a legion of case law that Mr. Donovan directed himself to that say variations of an election county to county are not equal protection violations.
Variations that you face while some counties have the ability to make voting easier in the pandemic, all counties could have done it. They could all have used drop boxes or done the same thing.
The fact that Mr. Giuliani's favorite counties did not do it does not mean it's not available or is an equal protections violation. There is no case we can find where efforts to make voting easier..."

That's why I told you I was waiting for this shit to get transcribed. THIS SHIT IS INSANE.

Sound like they said it didn't apply because votes were counted properly in other countries? Did I hear that right? What actual fuck is up with this defense?

It's insane troll logic. We all should be experienced with it by now.

Lefties find a conclusion and work backwards from there. Religious thinking. "You're racist give me a second to think of why."

This is the legal version of that. "This was OK to do because uh, OTHER AREAS did it right, ergo this one doing it wrong is fine." ... what? "shutupshutupshutup fascist"

Norman Finkelstein, a Jewish leftist who has done a bunch of work related to the Holocaust, basically agrees.

He has straight up said that, by and large conservative judicial opinions utilize better logic and reasoning, while the liberal ones rely on emotional appeals. Not as if it matters, mind.

Everything he's saying sounds so absolutely deranged that I am afraid to try and transcribe it myself because it feels like I have to be mishearing it, but yes, it really does sound like he's saying that.

Pretty sure this lawyer for the defense lost a bet at Kiwifarms dot com

Holy shit did we just find Pink Panther's real job?

Want to know the -ultimate- salt? If they really cracked own on the fake votes and it turns out that the black vote was always way more conservative than it was, and it only looked like it wasn't due to using them as fake votes.

I doubt it is true, though I do suspect that the actual proportion of African support for Republicans may be higher than it appears.

"Oh fuck, why did I have to get THIS case?"

Assume ANYTHING in PA that goes to the PASC will be ruled in democrats favor. The PASC is pozzed to fuck.
I'd believe it, for two reasons.

1. In 2008, where there was HUGE black turnout, California banned gay marriage (in CA you can vote on law/ballot proposals for those who don't know).

2. If you don't vote, but are registered, it's easy for someone to vote in your name.

So imagine if the blacks that voted for Obama are still registered. The turnout from them will be lower. So a higher percentage will not have actually voted, allowing for a higher percentage to be casted by someone else in their name, if that makes any sense.

I don't think it would flip Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee, or Detroit, even if the corruption was 100% wiped out, but I'd imagine that the race would be much closer.

If it turns out the blacks are kept in the DNC plantations because the DNC literally votes for them while they spend their days in debauchery and poverty I will start laughing and never stop. That's some serious Scifi Dystopia shit and we never even got our flying cars.
No, they do turn out for them in droves and the poll workers are mostly them.

Speaking as one from pozzed NY.

The Dems are going to discover that it would have been much, much less harmful to them if they'd just let Trump have his second term.
They could have just let him have it and then pull a "Sic semper tyrannis."

This is what I said by the Dems running out the clock.

Most of the states said they would follow popular vote and not send a faithless elector.

Trump has less than four weeks to have six cases make it to the Supreme Court AND have them reach a verdict based off of evidence presented. The judges in the lower courts will draw this out until the end because it only benefits them. If Biden packs the Supreme Court like he is intending on doing, then this stall tactic is seen as a favor. "I got you the presidency by holding the line, so can I get a SCOTUS seat uncle Joe?".

This is a fraud that covers all three branches.
I can definitely see that being their main strategy at the moment, but do you think it's likely to work? I feel it just gives the legislatures of the contested states more than enough justification to not follow the popular vote if the fraud allegations aren't even addressed by the time the electors vote, and I doubt they'll find only the lower courts' rulings to be enough either. I guess it all depends on how many RINOs there are in these state legislatures, and considering the DNC has always relied on relentless bullying of spineless Republicans so that they cave in and do what they want (which of course, doesn't work in cases like Trump), it wouldn't surprise me if that's what they're banking on. I'm also skeptical on if 4 weeks is actually that narrow of a timeframe or not for the cases you describe- I've heard that if the occasion calls for it the law can move very quickly, and it's hard to see the SCOTUS turning a blind eye if the lower courts keep stalling. Doesn't seem like anyone knows how long it would actually take, so it's just guesswork at the moment.

Absolutely fucking retarded defense, absolutely fucking retarded ruling. Fuck Philadelphia, seriously can't stress that enough. Gimme hats, I should have known this was getting sent to the SC, but it just hurts so much more to know how utterly pozzed my state is.
The Philly police offered to throw out GOP watchers after receiving a court order telling them to fuck off. I'm not sure what you expected from their court.
