It's a defense that has a court on its side.
I haven't been listening to it, but if some of the posts here are to be believed, the defense is getting assblasted and shouting, which is weird if he doesn't have anything to worry about. Then again, he could be an idiot who honestly thinks the lower courts won't just dismiss it and that the odds are against him.

I've been away for a bit. What's the quick rundown on what the defense was? If all they could muster was a 'retarded defense' as some here have put it, that's good news to me.

It doesn't matter. The defense could take a shit in the courtroom and throw it at the judge and the court will rule for them because the court is full of Democrat appointees. It's when it gets appealed in the SCOTUS that we'll see some serious shit.

If the facts are on your side, pound the facts into the table. If the law is on your side, pound the law into the table. If neither the facts nor the law are on your side, pound the table.

Twitter is smugging out about the "massive Trump Loss" on this call.

But we already knew the PA Supremes were going to find the PA Supremes did nothing wrong. This is just a speed bump on the way to the SCOTUS.

And the defense's argument is literally "Fraud doesn't harm any one ergo you can't sue about it." Which as others have mentioned won't fly in front of the SCOTUS.
If they are stupid enough to bring this argument in front of SCOTUS then... well, I'd actually predict both Roberts AND Breyer peeling away from the liberal justices. Its THAT awful. Its almost TAILORED to make Breyer balk -hard-.

"Fraud doesn't hurt anyone ergo since Trump wasn't harmed by it he doesn't have standing to sue about it."

And, IIRC, there was some stupidity about it being perfectly OK to force Poll Watchers to stand 30 feet away and even force them out of the building and do stuff without them being around, because fuckit why not?

If it turns out the blacks are kept in the DNC plantations because the DNC literally votes for them while they spend their days in debauchery and poverty I will start laughing and never stop. That's some serious Scifi Dystopia shit and we never even got our flying cars.
No, they do turn out for them in droves and the poll workers are mostly them.

Speaking as one from pozzed NY.

They could have just let him have it and then pull a "Sic semper tyrannis."
Here's the thing. Lets say that the bump up in Black Republican votes from cracking down on voter fraud is a conservative... 10-20%. So expected support is 30-40% for Republicans rather than 10-20%.

Holy SHIT the chaos that would cause. That means Blacks would be a -viable-ethnic group to go after. How long do you think the democrats could keep a hold on somewhere like Atlanta, surrounded in red as it is, if that were the case?

Now, I am nowhere near optimistic... or cynical? Enough to think the margins would be THAT wide. But its fun to consider.
