I was thinking this would be like Robbie Daymond from last year that was quickly laughed off as bogus, or like Chris Thurman from a few months ago where hard proof (and apology from Thurman himself) put the nail in the coffin. We might have another Vic situation here, with swirling misinformation and bits of truth that are ultimately nothingburgers but are screeched about by the woke brigade.

I'm going to press x to doubt for some of the stuff said, but since it's reddit that's a given. I haven't seen too much on this so I will wait longer, but I do know there is a lot more stuff receipts brought up against the guy than Vic but people seem to think that they're all the same and have all the same evidence presented.

That's the interesting thing. With Thurman, hard, damning photographic evidence came in hot and heavy. It seems to be the case here with Flynn, at least taking what these people are saying at face value. Which is a terrible idea, of course.
I'll try to look into the evidence today, but I'll be honest. I've spent enough time and energy looking over the Vic stuff I don't know if I have the intestinal fortitude to open another front on the Weeb Wars.

When he asks whether people here will either admit they were wrong and laugh it off, or say it doesn't matter, he doesn't comprehend that both are viable and reasonable.
- Yes, Nick was wrong.
- Yes, several people here probably just took Nick at his word, and were collaterally wrong.
- At least four people here voiced the customary "how embarrassing," in one form or another.
- Yes, it really means absolutely jack shit to the Vic case. Hughes worked (past tense) for the same firm, but not on Vic's case. They're really stretching to find a connection, all because we hit some bizzaro intersection between their hatred of Vic, and their hatred of Trump.

Why should anybody even give much of a shit, or feel BTFOed, in a discussion predominately surrounding Vic, over a statement made by somebody who's not Vic's lawyer, concerning a lawyer who also isn't Vic's lawyer?

This only really mattered because of his reply to Ron. No one gives a shit what Senator Hughes does or doesn't do. If they had tried to make the fact that Hughes was going to be Trumping it up in Pennsylvania as some sort of gotcha against Nick, his correct response would be to just laugh and collect the superchat money as he did so.
The HOW EMBARRASSING part was calling Ron Toye a moron... and being wrong about it. It's real egg-on-face, foot-in-mouth sad when Ron Fucking Toye manages to one-up you.
There's also the fact that, even when Nick's legal opinions may or not line up with the judge of the day, he's usually pretty good at presenting facts and events. I'd rather Nick be late and gay and accurate, than sooner, boomer, and wrong.

On the one hand, no one wants to be bested by Ron. However, in at least one respect, it's a good thing that it was Ron. The consolation in losing to Ron is that while Ron can justifiably dunk a little bit on Rekieta over this, Ron will be back to watching Tyrone fucking his "fiance" in short order.
His happiness will be fleeting. It's like winning the Special Olympics. Or Stallings still being a dead cuck regardless of how the appeal turns out.

He's going about it the right way, and unfortunately for him, he's on reddit so everyone hates him for being rational. From what I've seen so far, it feels as though the only problem is as he says, "consensual sexual interactions with fans." I don't think I've heard about anyone being under aged, but I do believe there was a thread on twitter somewhere with audio talks with him so I need to find and check out that thread cause maybe that has something more. Until then, it seems to maybe be an overreaction.
