Less than ideal, though this depends whether he was a term 1 or term 2 Obama appointee. Term 1 Obama kept up the facade and put up fairly centrist ones, term 2 he tried to pack em with utter left wing loons.

On May 17, 2012, President Obama nominated Brann to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, to the seat vacated by Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie, who was elevated to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2010. The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on his nomination on June 27, 2012, and reported it to the floor on July 19, 2012.[2] The Senate confirmed his nomination by unanimous consent on December 21, 2012. He received his commission on December 27, 2012. Brann entered on duty as a United States District Judge on January 17, 2013. He sits at the United States Courthouse and Federal Building in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.[3]

It's like their troon /pol/ shills and their lawyers are the same people.

Remembering that the left has been shoving diversity hires and activists through law school as fast as they possibly can, to the point that in some states they're actively trying to lower the bar exam requirements or get rid of it altogether. In short, there's a non-zero, and growing, number of troon shills that are literally lawyers.

And those lawyers will eventually be made judges.

Lawyers who refuse to take certain legal classes because it was "triggering." And were given exemptions because we are becoming a very soft, weak people in places.

The 'Stop the Steal' groups are being run by a guy who goes by the name 'Ali Alexander', real name 'Ali Abdul Razaq Akbar'. He engaged in an affair with Karl Rove while running an older group called the 'National Bloggers Club' for conservative bloggers in the Bush 43 era. He was convicted of a number of charges including fraud in 2007 after breaking into a van and stealing a debit card and making multiple withdrawls.

He may have removed the donate button from the stopthesteal.us site temporarily, but looking at archives, you can see that he was requesting donations right up until the last couple days... directly to his personal accounts.

Huh, maybe this is what Brandon Straka was referring to when he said on War Room that he was not going to speak at the Stop the Steal on Saturday and would hold his own Walk Away rally the next day. He said conservatives have “too many egos” and were letting it get in the way of organizing.

Wanted to wait until I got more solid confirmation on this, but the Michigan Republicans are trying to impeach Whitmer.

Knowing our long history with impeachments, it will probably go as well as those attempts. But it is the thought that counts, right?
none of the prior impeachments were for someone as out of line as Gretchen. There’s a possibility that it goes somewhere.

I wonder how easy life would be if you could just claim "Retardation by Association" like many of these policies are becoming.

"If everyones a tard, no one is."

Wait, I'm confused, I thought this one was already thrown out?
This is federal court

Not state court

Doesn't matter anyway, that decision was egregious and will be docket rocketed to the SC where all this shit will be combined into one Frankenstein monster case like Bush v. Gore was

Cope harder, it's hilarious
You idjit leftoids are going to ruin cope worse than you ruined Karen.

Stating a fact isn't cope. Cope is rationalizing a loss into a win e.g. "by getting so many votes and forcing democrats to cheat so much, trump exposed them and now they won't dare cheat again"

There's plenty of gope to be found, but that ain't it.

Well that guy is a total mystery then! Right on the edge between terms.

Interestingly he was a Republican in the 90s.

Biography
Brann was born in Elmira, New York on July 25, 1965.[1] He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987 from the University of Notre Dame. He received his Juris Doctor in 1990 from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. From 1990 to 1991, he served as a law clerk with the Court of Common Pleas in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. He became an associate at Brann, Williams, Caldwell & Sheetz in 1991, becoming a partner at that firm in 1995. He also spent years as a Republican party official in Pennsylvania. In private practice, he focused on tort, contract, commercial and real estate litigation.[2][3]

Both houses of the Michigan legislature is Republican dominated, but the margins are narrow. I don't know if they need a majority or a supermajority to impeach governors in Michigan.

They are going to lose.

Everyone knows they were from Goofy.
Some of those ballots were goofy, that's for sure.
