There's a reason why intercountry lawsuits are so difficult and rare, although possible(usually in countries with decent relations to the USA), see Hughes v. Benjamin (1:17-cv-06493) (Sargon (at the time of the suit) lived at 176 Westcott Place, Swindon, WiltshireSN1 5HT, England while Akilah lived in New York)
