I think majority of the issue is just about bisexual people making their sexuality way more complicated than it is. They are people who are sexually orientated to both males and females, but they can have a huge variety of preferences over it. Some of them like their women girly and men masculine, some like feminine men an women, some masculine men and women. Some like them as troons some don't.

Lot of LGBT microlabelling is basically bisexuals making up new terms for themselves.

And if you would be someone who truly wasn't attracted to females or males, then wouldn't you be asexual? Or someone who just masturbates to clothes or something. Because if they desire the masculine female or whatever in that case they have to be attracted to females, to be, well, attracted to them, and vice versa with males.

While that would be a great troll, the justice system already has a loophole for police ladies to avoid troon dicks. Namely being patted down by a same sex officer is courtesy, not a right. This for pretty oblivious reasons, searches for contrabands and weapons are very common, necessary for safety and often cannot wait, so who ever is available does them. Police do the same gender thing to be nice and avoid harassment accusations but it's no way mandatory. So if a troon demands a female officer the male officer can legally just ignore that.
