I like V-Dub for the one stream a year that he's let out of the spider room for. Any more than that would be over playing it and there's been some years where he didn't do it because Activision didn't give him a free copy of Call of Duty. It used to be an excuse to shit on Call of Duty and poke fun at streamer culture for a stream, but COD games have actually been good for the last two years. That and it's one of the few times that Vinny turns his cam on.

Him hanging out with A-Dub and swearing in Bookworm was pretty good this year.

I still don't get the appeal of V-dub and still have no idea if he is popular with Vinny's fans or if he does it to piss people off.

I haven't watched it yet but if the VR puppet game is any indication I don't want him to force himself through a game he's checked out on because it's frustrating for both him and the audience.

He did say he probably wouldn't even have streamed this game if he didn't receive a code for it. Overall I get the feeling he doesn't really like this game, at least in a vacuum. Rather, it's probably the combination of 1) having access to the game, 2) his peers (Jerma, Mike, Limes, etc) liking the game themselves, 3) knowing this game isn't that long, and 4) chat's mostly positive reception to the stream that will drive him to do more of this. I personally believe he'll do more.

Two things about this: those janky ps4 controllers are what he uses to play console ports on pc anyway, and: he lives in an alternate timeline where the orange box just came out and steam is still a curated storefront not filled with anime beat-off games.

Bugsnacks seems like much more fun than my initial impressions let on, and vinny and jerma streaming it definitely helped.

Yeah this is definitely relatable. It's a problem I sometimes have myself because I also use an 8bitdo and can't figure out how you're supposed to remap it in big picture mode, like someone in chat suggested, so the buttons match with xbox cause I'm retarded. Though that being said, in practice it's not a big deal in the long run cause you'll just gain muscle memory of what to hit and there's common layouts like most games having the left button for attack. For rythm games you're fucked though.

Appreciate it! I actually rarely look at chat (i cant keep up with it.) but I was actually curious as to what people were saying about the game. I either have it fullscreen on my tablet or watch fullsauce. I remember thinking "wow KF wasn't lying, this shit is cancer." felt gross and then just went back to full screen.

Yeah, same really. I had no issue with the game/characters (i thought they laid it on a lil thick with the smoochy shit, but i would have rolled my eyes just as hard if it was a het couple) just chat.
