I'm hoping if Trump can't pull this off he sets up an office of "president in exile" and continues shitposting. Watching the media and left constantly crying about how he can't do that all while he does exactly that would be amazing. It's no less a nonsense title than the media appointed "president elect" one is.

To clarify, the they here refers to the MSM talking heads, not my parents. My folks otherwise has no investment in this, except to keep up on who actually gets to be the big man for the next 4 years.

It does amuse that the TDS is so thick that even my ma, who typically don't have opinions on these, straight up told me. "They really hate Trump, huh?"
Yeah I got it on the second read, was a bit confused for a second there.

Actually it would be LESS nonesense. Because the title of president elect is an official title, while president in exile means nothing. Which means that declaring oneself to be the president in exile is indeed not punishable by law in any real way, while if the world was fair, Biden would be getting chained for impersonating a public official, which is a very serious crime in most countries. (In fact that's precisely the charge Biden originally used to try to imprison General Flynn, the man in charge of investigating Hunter Biden.)

Lol they're literally crying about being 'bullied'.

SAD

Is this the new gayer, more feminine GOP in action?

They withdrew because the Democrats told them that they wouldn't honor the audit right after they signed. They both gave affidavits testifying to this.
Well, that's the only way you can really get someone to back off from attacking a conservative: make enough of a ruckus that liberals can't escape from the prying eyes. Honestly, Pride and Trump hatred are the only reasons we're not seeing things handed to Trump to avoid suspicion and liability.
I think I am mentally stuck on the canvassers thing...

So, the democrats 'won', they convinced the canvassers to sign off on the certification. In three days time, the state will certify it and it will be too late to do anything about it. All the pieces are in place, all the papers are signed, all they have to do to seal the win is literally nothing.

So, what do they do? What do the absolute brainiacs do?

They brag, to the faces, of the two GOP lackeys they just duped about how they duped them before the ink has even dried on the page.

What cartoon villainy is this!? ALL they had to do was keep their fucking mouth shut for three fucking days.

When you're so smug it causes a perfectly serviceable grift to blow up in your face.

Don't expect diversity hires to get it right. Also, thank God (or just luck if you don't believe in God) that some people are born dumb.

Either:

A. They are confirmed to really be fucking retards
B. The arrogance got to them and assumed the GOP will cuck (and given the track record of republicans I don't blame them), Basically stuff that you'd expect if lolcows like Sargon and Movieblob had positions of power

Really it's both that they are arrogant idiots that should've been smart and should not have tried to use threats against the other canvassers family members

That's what happens when you have an entire group of people who think they're infallible and who also spend entirely too much time watching movies. Movies aren't real life, but they spend so much time fantasizing about Harry Potter and Star Wars and whatever the fuck else, that they don't realize that just because you get someone to sign something, that doesn't make it permanently and inescapably binding.

You can get just about anyone to sign anything if you put a gun to their head, but the court isn't going to enforce it. Documents tend to not be legally binding if they're made under duress or if there's a tacit admission that it was made with an intent to deceive. These people would know how the real world worked if they ever read another book and ever stopped binge-watching whatever bullshit is trending on Netflix.
Here's the thing you have to understand about liberals: It's not enough to beat a conservative. They have to humiliate them. They have to do everything to make sure the evil is vanquished in a poetic and dramatic way so they can get that sweet dopamine hit and they'll be seen as heroes. It's why they've focused so hard on forcing Trump out of office in any way besides losing in elections or in this case, letting him win reelection knowing that he's going to be termed out next time and can't run. The left is so obsessed in being "a force for good" and bringing about change and creating a perfect world where everyone is happy and it's all sunshine and rainbows that they can't process the idea of anyone disagreeing with their notions or basic human nature causing someone to go against them or their worldview.
You know, it's fitting that Ohio shit all over us in football. We can't even hold a straight election let alone a ball.

Wayne county truly channeling their inner Lions shittyness.
Don't forget Jim Harbaugh bringing 9-3 and 8-4 seasons instead of being the reincarnation of Bo Schembecler. O-H, motherfucker!
Enjoy the Outback Bowl.
You're talking about Wayne county, MI right?

Didn't Twatter continuously threaten the families of the GOP canvassers even after they certified it? I thought that was the cause of the confiscation of the certification.

And this is the most terrifying aspect. Imagine what they would have accomplished were they a little bit more subtle and clever. The world's greatest democracy almost derailed and we're only finding out because of sheboons, diversity hires, twitter warriors and lunatics unable to keep their mouths shut.

This is why I believe the affidavits are the bigger news than the attempt to withdraw their votes.

This opens the door for obvious lawsuits to be filed, which is a good thing given the circumstances.

There's more.

"They can't back out we specifically voted to not allow them to back out. Remember, threatening their children is 'passionate testimony.' Besides, can't these evil GOPers recognize how BAD THIS MAKES US LOOK?!?"

Yup. This was the stand to make and the GOP cucked. Sad, but I think the only path is forward. State Court will uphold the “no backsies” vote, and this will never make SC.

The trick appears to be that they enacted a "no takesy backsies" rule to prevent them from doing so.

Also note the phrase at point 23 "I was sent statements". That implies some kind of written word (evidence) where the verbal agreement made was not only broken, but deceitful from the very beginning.

Duress and explicit deceitful behavior.

Edit: let's add coercion

Lawsuits have always been where this is headed. If they had refused to certify -- they did certify, under duress; they added the "no takseys' backseys'" thing afterwards -- the DNC would have sued them and had them arrested for refusing to do so. And yes, Antifa would have absolutely showed up at their house and their kid's school to "help them realize just what a terrible mistake they were making."

Now, the GOP will sue to undo the certification. It's just one additional lawsuit on the pile.
We're reaching "if it seems to good to be true, it probably is" territory. But if this does get thrown out for being "under duress" and Trump can use this, well....a win is a win.
Shame, I liked the theme. Blue was kinda chill.

I’m currently loving the Nork/CCP Farms theme. Very similar to the Fall theme.
I'd be cool with an option of colors.
Meanwhile, Trump retweeted this.

One of the DNC's NGOs literally paid indians to vote.

Aaand

The 3000 out of state votes in NV is now up to 16,500.

And these are "double votes." Votes in NV and another state. CA probably, because AZ and NV are where a lot of CA hipsters pretend to live in via summer homes to avoid having to pay CA taxes.
Well, we're at the point where any win and ammo is good news, especially since there's a time limit and crazy win conditions. Beggars really can't be choosers now.

He could call himself Emperor.

Call Trump whatever names you want, but you can’t deny he’s done an immeasurable service by busting his ass to cement the GOP as the anti-war party:

Good read:

Trump at the Rubicon

If He Casts the Die, the Insurrection Act and Militia Act Empower Trump to Fight and Win.

That was an interesting read. Just spitballing here, but if he does use the insurrection act, calling upon the "unorganized militia" and declaring the media and big tech an enemy, what is it exactly that we are allowed to do to people like don lemon and jack dorsey?

Unrelated, but I wonder if Zuckerbot is capable of feeling fear.

I think their odds are pretty decent, actually. But at this point, nobody knows what will happen.

It could go either way, and things could turn very quickly.

I reckon we'll see the disputed states fall out for either Biden as they certify the fraudulent results or for Trump as they refuse to certify them. What's a good sign though is the way that the Democrats push to certify county by county is being harried by the Republicans. And the Republican state legislatures are looking for an excuse to say the election was fatally flawed and not certify at the state level. And Rudy is busting his ass to provide those excuses.

Still, I think it's impossible to say which way this will go. Maybe the state legislatures have some deal with the Democrats. Certainly, some of their leaders have said some very worrying things.

If I were him I'd use the threat of removing CDA§230 to tame Twitter and Facebook. I'd let the rest of the media rage against me but rage back against them. What I would not do is a full-on Lincoln style crackdown on the media. However at this point who knows who bad it will get.

The super juicy segment starts around 2:30; they did NOT sign

It's weird how we've got no objective way to see if they signed or not. Republicans are going to claim they did not, Democrats are going to claim they did. It reminds me of Orwell's comment

https://www.orwell.ru/library/essays/Spanish_War/english/esw_1

This kind of thing is frightening to me, because it often gives me the feeling that the very concept of objective truth is fading out of the world. After all, the chances are that those lies, or at any rate similar lies, will pass into history. How will the history of the Spanish war be written? If Franco remains in power his nominees will write the history books, and (to stick to my chosen point) that Russian army which never existed will become historical fact, and schoolchildren will learn about it generations hence. But suppose Fascism is finally defeated and some kind of democratic government restored in Spain in the fairly near future; even then, how is the history of the war to be written? What kind of records will Franco have left behind him? Suppose even that the records kept on the Government side are recoverable — even so, how is a true history of the war to be written? For, as I have pointed out already, the Government, also dealt extensively in lies. From the anti-Fascist angle one could write a broadly truthful history of the war, but it would be a partisan history, unreliable on every minor point. Yet, after all, some kind of history will be written, and after those who actually remember the war are dead, it will be universally accepted. So for all practical purposes the lie will have become truth.

So wait. Wait. WAIT.

Hold up. Choo-too-mah-tay.

You meant to tell me that after threatening these guy's kids and families, after sending them death threats from a known domestic terrorist group, they agreed to have them sign in exchange for an audit, and before the ink was even dry they announced -- in writing -- that they lied and won't be doing an audit anyway...

And the DNC didn't even get their signature first?

Fucking hell. I want to say "they aren't sending their best" but I actually am kinda sad to say they just might be.

The odd thing is a lot of blue checks are saying that it already went through, there's no un-agreeing to it now, and they're shit out of luck. But it sounds like the Wayne county GOP might have just threw a wrench into all of this, since if they can't get them to certify, they can't give the state to Biden.

If they wanted to avoid becoming the third world, they should've avoided importing it.

Also, nice seeing Null take a whitepill but I honestly liked the brighter outlines more. Could we get an option for lighter green? Halloween's orange also felt better than this muted slop! (Then again only color I really want to see is yellow. For mah boy JEB!)
The orange theme is the comfiest

Although the threats weren't as direct I thought (I view it more vaguely, but whatever), what the hell are the democrats doing? This is not lending legitimacy to the process.

While I'll be the first to admit I don't know if fraud really changed the result or not, this is making me more suspicious.
