The last time that this country went above 80% voter turnout was the fucking 1800s,
umm. so? history doesn't decide elections, people do.

Biden had a great campaign. I mean, this photo alone shows the contrast between Biden's and Trump's policies:

Of course people would turn out HISTORICALLY for such a promise. Trump should have fucking known better.

So this is the big bombshell we have all been waiting for hmm. Stuff looks promising and partially maybe why Trump has been so chill so far.
That is someone else's duty to prove if and how it happened. What matters is that the GOP accused the DNC of conspiring with enemies of America to rig a Presidential election. You don't back off from that.
The proof had better be rock solid and irrefutable. You come at the king, throw away your scabbard.

Trump Team confirming that Michigan case dropped because of yesterdays events.

"If I was the (MI) Gov then I would of sacked *everybody* responsible"

As private citizens they can't really Subpoena like govt does, they are trying to get ability to do that in PA and MI

Rudy mentions votes getting counted in Germany

The last time that this country went above 80% voter turnout was the fucking 1800s, when we had a population of about 5 million people and everyone was very preoccupied with the Civil War, and had nothing else to do other than kick each other's asses and go to the voting booths.
Good point. Are you suggesting that America is very polarized right now and a lot of people are out of work?

If you bought into the idea that they were Trump's propaganda arm just because they were Republican-sympathetic in comparison to CNN and MSNBC.
Well I was just going by the ratings. They were closer to balanced than those other two, now they're looking like clones. And if people want cnn or msnbc those channels already exist.

Wait I'm not able to watch it right now, is it really that big of an announcement?
Yes and no. The allegations certainly are extremely serious: that there was a global conspiracy involving national and local Democratic Party officials, compromised voting software, hostile foreign actors, and almost certainly federal agencies like the CIA and the FBI (aka the Deep State) to rig this election in favor of Joe Biden. If this is true then a coup has been attempted and we are living in the midst of the gravest national catastrophe since the Civil War.

But of course the trick is to prove all of this with legally admissible evidence, have federal district courts in multiple states (PA, MI, GA, WI, and/or AZ) rule in favor of Trump's campaign and issue appropriate relief, have intermediate circuit courts of appeal affirm those rulings, and have the SCOTUS issue an opinion upholding the Trump-favorable cases. That is, to put it mildly, a very heavy lift in the legal arena for Trump, and that's just describing probably the most straightforward route for litigation. His people could also try and do this in the state courts piecemeal or fuck around with the individual state certifications, but those have even more complex challenges. This is of course not getting into the extremely limited time frame to do any of this.

I am certain only of one thing: a political crisis is rapidly approaching because this election must have some kind of resolution one way or the other very soon. If this press conference is even halfway accurate and Biden is announced as the victor by the "official" process, then I think we are looking at very dark days ahead.

Caught up for the moment and I didn't see anyone mention this: That piece of shit pajeet who doxed that politician woman's kids and school may have gotten that info from his sister who's an administrator at that very school. (i don't have parler so if anyone wants to dig, start there.)

What about Trump, I think Ed O'Neill could play a good trump.

William Shatner maybe? It'd be the greatest fuck you he could give to everyone who hated him in Hollowood. Especially George Takei's faggalooney TDS ass.

Looks like Null has withdrawn his call for Biden.

Either he's keeping tabs on this from the shadows or he got bored and moved on. My bet is on the latter. 🚬

Some Harry Potter discussion was going on earlier, but goddamn, this is genuinely a plot point from another (far better) kid’s novel series from the same time period, A Series of Unfortunate Events.

A character is forced to sign something under duress after a child was threatened, and after they did so and the villain is literally gloating to an audience about how they’ve won, the character reveals that the contract is null and void because they signed it incorrectly.

This election is stranger than goddamn fiction.

THE TRUTH is stranger than fiction.

And there in lies the problem with modern media isn't it? It's being created by a gaggle of sheltered canon fodder who've covered themselves head to toe in brand recognition that insisted they can make a change and be heroes if they wanted to. Bitch if HEROES themselves were given a choice they wouldn't be heroes! I forgot who said it but true heroes are shoved into the role by twists of fate. Otherwise they'd be playsafe cowards like everyone else.
