I just don't know what they want him to do. The only choices they seem to be presenting are

• Take the money so we can all keep getting money
• Stop punching right so we can keep getting money
• Dramatically change your content so we can keep getting money

What would be the point of PPP content then? He would have to radically change. Just ignore him if you are so worried. Monetization, or the fear of losing it, stops people from being based. If they truly weren't muzzled, they'd get their channel banned a few times and make new ones like PPP and Godwinson. Once they start making steady income or anything close to it, they muzzle up. If they truly cared about their content or what they were providing to their audience (honestly), they wouldn't bend the knee and acknowledge Susan as the tribal chief, buddy.

Sure the TOS updates got videos banned and channels deleted, but it really only affects monetization. Archiving channels get past it all the time, and creators who have tact make new channels and tell their audience on Twitter or whatever.
