I really wish the elusive Based & Redpilled Arizonans I keep heating about would cowboy up and come out of the cacti. Is the Californication really so bad that they rejected an A-10 pilot mommy twice, and in favor of a lesbian and a pedostached chicom-loving, gun-grabbing cueball, respectively?
I legit believe Mark Kelly only got pity votes because people here still remember the near-assassination of his wife, but McSally wasn't popular enough to get votes in 2016 to begin with. She only got in because McCain kicked the bucket and Sinema voted her in to fill his seat. Think the senate race this year was a case of picking your poison since McSally has also proposed for red flag laws in Arizona. Sinema is like a female McCain, but not even the Democratic Party seems to like her very much, so she's a strange one.

The votes aren't close enough, though, that even if Sharpiegate is real, and there were ballots being rejected by the machine because of the wrong ink or whatnot, I don't think it's possible McSally could've gotten the vote because Maricopa county. I'll honestly be shocked if the lawsuit turns up anything that suggests McSally also got cheated out of her votes and turns it around.

I remember when Newsmax was this shitty right-wing newsletter that you had to sign up for to get around ads for websites and now its siphoning off massive amounts of viewers from Fox. Fucking lol.

The numbers and shit are all fake, but I don't see it mattering. The left basically is Tinkerbell "IF YOU BELIEVE HARD ENOUGH IT IS TRUE" by plugging their ears and anuses shut and ripping out their eyes while screaming incoherently. The right has plenty of RINOs, neo-cons and religious right left to kneecap efforts. There's interests on both sides that exist to see the loopholes remain open for their use and there are billions of dollars of political machine money, literal voting machine money and corporate promises tied up for Biden.

The electorate and people are so disenfranchised that they don't really give a shit and the only place discussion and doubt is allowed is on remote corners of the internet and in your own home. Looking forward to the day when all our shit has microphones and we have to start making up cants again just to talk about shit in our own homes (cants are cryptographic languages for those that don't know. Meaning an entire language composed out of code so nobody knows what the fuck you are saying). It'll be like the tower of babel on crack cocaine where everyone has their own words for things and language becomes meaningless.

While the entire process is slow, it has been abysmally moving at a snail's pace. Trump hired Juliani who is a fucking spectacle rather than a lawyer. Yeah, he took down the mob...like 30 years ago. That motherfucker has talked out of his ass ever since he stopped being NYC's mayor. People not from NYC don't know this, but our mayors, even the good/great ones always fucking lose their shit after they stop being mayor of the city. Rudy is no exception. To believe his shit is just like huffing jenkem. He's a liability far more than an asset. Dershowitz has done a metric fuckton of groundbreaking legal work. And yes, he's a piece of shit, but he's who you hire because he has a tendency to get shit done. Rudy just talks out his ass most of the time and runs a big bill.

I'm not seeing the abject desperation of 2000 where there were fist fights breaking out at polling places and it was a bloody streetfight. The energy isn't there. I mean, for fucks sake, the left knowingly voted for a neo-liberal, neo-conservative warmonger who has done absolutely jack shit for 40+ years of his career except imprison minorities and his VP is a slave owner that imprisoned minorities. And this is WHO THEY WANT. A man contrary to the VERY IDEALS they hold. It is a cognitive dissonance so extreme it is fucking mental illness. Its absolute delusion.

There won't be a civil war, because this isn't enough. People are far too comfortable. We're in late stage capitalism, an era where no one has gone before. Everything is consolidating with unimaginable wealth and power and is seeking to fundamentally break systems that has been in place for centuries. That's what the great reset is, at its core. A consolidation of wealth and power to break structures that have kept it in check for most of the modern era. Another four years of Trump would barely be a speed bump. 2008 was the last, best shot to reform, to drag the rich out of their towers and hang them from their lampposts. Because there's only one thing that keeps their excess in check: Fear of the fucking noose. Now that they don't have it, fucking forget everything. They think they can do the great reset because no one will take up the pitchforks and drag them down from their towers. That's when things start to go real bad. The rich will just keep taking more and more and more until the whole fucking system breaks under their weight. The rich aren't genuineness or great entrepreneurs. Not anymore. Most of the wealth today? Inherited. Not created.

So we've got the equivalent of a fucking inbred aristocracy. Just look at what the celebrities and the ultra rich post all over social media. They're not fucking smart. And wealth is a finite resource, and they want to keep extracting more with no cost to themselves. Hint: Doesn't work. The gap between the wealthy and poor is now worse than it was in the 1920s and only growing wider. They want to extract more blood from a stone every day, and those gears are going to be wound smooth, and that's when this whole fucking machine breaks and we all bleed to death with it.

Except for the rich. They get to hide and start again.

So, tl;dr: None of this shit fucking matters. There's no energy here and over 70 million people have become delusional over the equivalent of a center-right isolationist just because he's rude and makes their feelings hurt.

Call it 'doom posting' or whatever, just take a step back and look at this OBJECTIVELY. Is Trump forceful enough? Is he doing enough? Is he hiring the right people? Does he have enough time left? Does he have enough support within his own political apparatus to get this done?

The truth doesn't matter. Laws don't matter. Facts don't matter. Its what people have put at stake. This is gambling, and you either have the cards you need to win or you don't. Elections have always been corrupt to varying degrees and it is extraordinarily simple to fix them so they're not, but there's no will to do so. Because everyone wants to try to gamble with this broken system. Its just a matter if you have the cards and chips to do so. And from where I'm sitting, Trump doesn't have either.
Being a doomer doesn't mean you can't practice brevity.

He also (with the help of Franklin Pierce) caused the Civil War. Does a lack of pussy cause people to fracture nations?
Kind of. If men have no real stake in society, like say having no family in the form of a wife and children, they have no real reason to care outside of some self preservation if the state fails.

There’s some chatter about the Giuliani press conference, so since I listened to the whole thing I’m going to give a run down:

Impressions:
Rudy is under a lot of stress and it shows. He’s also old as shit. He’s a little hard to listen to, and he fumbled some of his points, but nailed a lot of the more important things regarding overwhelming evidence of in-person, likely coordinated fraud. Maybe it’s because I listen to podcasts and videos at 1.5X speed a lot, but I’m going to be honest and say it was tough to listen to his old and overweight ass, even if I agree with what he’s found overall. Sydney Powell spoke second about Dominion and the digital tabulation of votes; she was a better speaker overall, although a lot of her claims, even if true, seem out there. Still, she spoke with conviction and sincerity. The last woman spoke mostly to the fact that this was merely something like opening statement and that evidence will continue to be filed where appropriate. She the was a lot more clear and concise but still talked in circles a few times.

Evidence Presented:
To all you fucks jumping into this thread claiming there’s no evidence with the same lines like “It’s just a few dicey records lol” or “It all comes from crackpot twitter theorists or conservative boomers”, I want you to sit the fuck down and pay attention. Much of this is available in cases that are literally already in the public record, but Giuliani et al. made or reiterated the following claims:

Pennsylvania:

  • Curing of deficient ballots, despite being illegal, took place in Democrat counties. The PA Secretary of State had no standing to allow this, especially not in a disproportionate way as it occurred. They have statements from people who voted for Trump but were specifically not contacted to cure ballot issues leading to their ballots being thrown out.
  • Sworn statements from observers who were harassed, assaulted or physically removed from counting locations. Even with court orders many observers were still denied entry or the ability to approach to a distance where they could meaningfully observe.
  • 15,000 provisional votes identified in Pittsburg for individuals who arrived on Election Day only to discover that an absentee ballot that they did not request or send had already been received. An additional 2,000 provisional votes in Pittsburg were identified but the issues was not specified by Giuliani
  • Giuliani claims that they can prove that Trump won the state of Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes

Michigan:

  • Dozens of affadavits from poll workers and observer point to on the ground fraud.
  • One from a poll worker specifically states that she was instructed by her supervisor to change the date on late ballots, not ask for ID for in person voting, that she observed poll workers coaching people as they filled out their ballots, that she was instructed to not invalidate any ballots or even check signatures.
  • Several witnesses independently corroborate a claim that a 60k-100k batch of ballots physically arrived late at a counting station, were counted as I people attempted to confirm that no Republican observers were present, and were nearly all Biden only votes with no downballot races selected at all. Witnesses say that many of these ballots were triple counted.

Wisconsin:

  • Several thousand absentee ballots were received despite no applications being sent out, concentrated in only two locations as opposed to being spread throughout the state
  • Several urban precincts had more votes than registered voters, some with more votes than people that live in the precinct. Giuliani suggests that there’s evidence that people voted multiple times fraudulently in person, and were facilitated by election officials. (Note from me: this is bullshit even with same day registration. Countries with mandatory voting don’t get that kind of turnout, and while turnout was higher overall in the country, many of the places in question have spikes in turnout that far, far exceed the average for places with similar population and demographics)

Georgia:

  • A lawsuit from the Trump campaign will be filed tomorrow including sworn statements alleging observers being denied access from counts, double voters from out of state, and electioneering such as intimidation and vote coaching.

Other States:

  • Similar eyewitness testimony has emerged in New Mexico and Virginia, although likely not enough to impact the final results of the latter

Dominion Voting Machine Irregularities:

  • Software used on Dominion machines has direct ties to the Chavez regime in Venezeula, according to a credible affiant who was literally part of that regime and had personal witness of Chavez commissioning the software, as recorded in Lin Wood’s GA lawsuit
  • Dominion user manuals show functions that allow weighing and flipping of votes.
  • Dominion offices have relocated suddenly after the election as digging began.
  • Dominion employees have testified to these vulnerabilities and that they were personally instructed to manipulate the vote by dumping Trump votes.
  • Evidence exists of exact vote counts being reported multiple times in different locations.
  • Dominion system vulnerabilities have been identified previously by states who declined to use them, written evidence of kickbacks from politicians to Dominion exists, including candidates requesting “election insurance”.
  • End user means exist within the Dominion system to dump or flip votes, as documented by official literature.
  • Much of count was claimed to have been transferred digitally overseas and counted outside the country
  • A dominion executive oversaw the count in Detroit personally.
  • The Trump legal team does not have access to the Dominion server that was seized in Germany, and they’re unsure who took it.

Other Highlights

  • Rudy said that the irresponsible way that the press has ignored sworn testimony is almost as bad as the fraud itself.
  • He also mentioned that to say there’s “no evidence” despite hundreds people making sworn testimony is dishonest. You can claim they’re all lying, but you can’t claim the evidence doesn’t exist.
  • The last presenter mentioned that they are being forced to condense years of evidence and process litigation into a span of weeks.
  • Rudy used the term “election official fraud” as a more accurate substitute to “voter fraud” since much of it was perpetrated without the knowledge of the voters.
  • It was heavily implied that they are considering a strategy that involves invalidating the vote and using direct electors in states where the count has been tainted beyond repair.
  • Some snide-ass questions came in from the journalists present, including misconceptions about the number of cases filed and dropped. The Trump campaign itself has 3 active cases, soon to be 4 tomorrow with the addition of Georgia. Other lawsuits already dismissed were thrown out because the private citizen plaintiffs did not have standing.
  • Lawyers and witnesses are terrified of being targeted for violence and harassment, but many of the latter have come forward anyway and put their real names out there and their livelihoods on the line.
  • Giuliani multiple times stated that this looks more like a coordinated strategy than independent actors, but was unsure if Biden acted directly. He also took the opportunity to dunk on Biden by saying he was unsure how much say Biden had about anything he did or whether it all was directed by handlers.
  • The Trump campaign voluntarily dropped the MI lawsuit after the certification was delayed, which was the relief they wanted in the first place. Giuliani mentioned that they have a different competing lawsuit in the state already.
So there you have it. I probably forgot something but I’ll add more things if I think of them later. If I had to pick one highlight, it’s one of the things Rudy mentioned a few times. To paraphrase:

It is dishonest for the media to say that no evidence of voter fraud exists, despite literally hundreds of pages of sworn testimony from at least a hundred different individuals, even apart from the statistical evidence. You can claim they’re all lying, but you can’t say there’s “no evidence” like the media has done for over two weeks.

He's known mail in ballots were going to be a problem for months on end. I just didn't see much about it being done at all. I'm obviously not privy to their strategy sessions but number 1 for me would have been prepping as much beforehand legally and political machine wise regarding these ballots.

It seems like they were completely blindsided come election night. With election troubles you have to hit the ground in a full sprint so the more you cover beforehand, the better. I said Biden would win months ago and mail in ballots were going to be the factor and shocker, they were. And if an idiot like me could see that, then it should have been planned out.

Now maybe he did all he could, but from my perspective he didn't. And hiring Rudy to me indicates a show, not a defense.
I dont believe the federal government has the power to stop the states from deciding their electoral votes using mail in ballot.

The simple problem is that Republicans just do not do pre-emptive lawfare because their ideology, whatever it may be, just does not allow for it.

I mean, you need zeal to do that. There's no zeal on the Republican-higher-echelon end, because if there is you get tarred by the media even when you win.

Let's also be more exact - it wasn't election night, it was post-election pre-dawn.

Dude...only divine intervention or something akin to another "laptop from hell" can possibly save Trump this time around. That's the reality. And even in the latter case, the Left could just threaten the electors before hand to vote accordingly.
How so? Is it because the evidence isn't strong enough? Is it based on the past histories of the SCOTUS judges? Is it due to something in the legal process that means it somehow won't be appealed to the SCOTUS to begin with? You're proving my point, there's no substance to the odds you're giving. Paranoia is not reality nor is it objective, at best it's a literal cope so that no matter what, you won't be disappointed due to setting your expectations so low.

It has nothing to do with evidence. You could have ironclad proof, that doesn't stop the zealots from threatening you or your livelihood.

That's why I said 'legally' and 'political machine' wise. Those two are local. They probably had access to more accurate internal polls and could have anticipated where problems would show up. As well as where mail in voting was tight enough that it didn't warrant it.

PA was really obvious.

You are correct that they're going to have a field day, but what I am saying is that they won't be (pretend or not) listened to now because the King in Orange has been apparently vanquished.

We're going straight back into an Obama-era political landscape, which means incrementalism at best.
The last time the American political landscape shifted in favor of the worker was during the FDR administration, when intense union power and the threat of violent Communist revolution forced the corporatist cripple to do something for the common man. Antifa is a joke, a tool of the system that Donald Trump deliberately allowed to run wild against anyone who would challenge him for his failure to deliver on cutting immigration, deporting illegals, targeting employers of illegals, and harassing corporates who shifted jobs overseas. They're exemplified by grotesque specimens like Gwen Snyder.. neoliberals, not leftists.

Will real leftists who don't trade in IDPol be able to get traction? Maybe, maybe not. The neoliberal poison runs deep, but it won't be any worse than under Trump with the retard neolibs running wild, or under Obama who pretended to care about improving things for the everyman (while doing nothing). Unions have already been destroyed, with full collaboration from the Democrat party.
To all doomers: the individual battles for the states are still going, and something remarkable is going on in Michigan while you're all crying over the fucking milk that hasn't even been milked out of the cow.
"Don't talk about it... you'll jinx it"

They did try in PA. But you can't really do anything with the state courts are blatantly stacked against you to the point where they ignore their own laws, if I recall what happened correctly.
