2) Considering one of the SCOTUS judges himself has made it very clear that he's not happy about the SCOTUS being ignored, this is indeed paranoia since you're not even mentioning the very likely possibility that it goes to them.
3) Again, see Michigan. Also, Trump's legal team is bigger than just the law firm that cucked out, and there's no reason to believe that they'll continue to be successful either if we haven't heard news of any other lawyers ditching him since then.
4) Again, how much time do you think he needs? Everyone who says he doesn't have enough time never answers this.
5) In the Republican-controlled state legislatures? In the scenario that the states are flipped? You might as well argue that the non-contested red states will do the same, though I might not be too off the mark there in assuming you believe that. Not every Republican is a RINO, as hard as it is to believe, and even if the higher ups are (SoS, governors, etc.), appointment of electors is done by the houses of each state.
