I'm dead-set on not pretending that the outcome of this is predictable, because it isn't, and it's irrational to assume otherwise, especially if you're assuming that it's heavily favored towards one side or the other. Until you can prove otherwise, then there's no point continuing this frankly, since there are far more substantive posters who are pessimistic about this while still actually being informative.

Show me a prediction market- somewhere where people are putting money on the line- that has odds of Trump somehow stealing the election at more than 20%. Not even the ones like PredictIt that allow credit cards to be run directly, where boomers are pouring the money that they should be saving to leave for their children and grandchildren in are showing that. And sadly, all those deceived conservative boomers are going to waste that money. It's funny on the surface, but I have a hard time taking real glee in that, because it's actually really quite wrong and Trump should stop letting people steal money off his voters.

But that's what he's been doing for four years, so what's new? His boss has already congratulated Biden, but he's still pretending to be in to win, so he can steal more money from his victims. Unfortunately, this is how Trump has always operated since his first days in real estate.

I suspect at the bare minimum there could be at least 1 day to hear Trump's case, another the defendant's, and the 3rd for the Court to make it's decision. However long it will take it to hear the case, it better happen right now because PA certification day is on the 23rd ( https://ballotpedia.org/Election_results_certification_dates,_2020). So unless the certification day of the individuals states don't matter (which I suppose you can argue since the Electors, that is of the Electoral College) then yes, time is literally running out for Trump in this case;

2) That's one Justice possibly in favor of Trump. Great he still needs 4 more. I never denied it wouldn't go to them. I denied whether PA will care what their decision is;

3) What about Michigan? Seriously what about it? We're talking about a state where officials there are just as much stonewalling the process as they have been elsewhere. Besides, guess what? Yeah there certification day is on the 23rd too. So if there is going to be an honest to god recount/audit there that just happens to favor Trump, it better start sometime soon and there better be no delays;

5) It doesn't matter if every Republican isn't a RINO. What matters is if there is enough of them to undercut Trump's chance of wining which so far that seems to be the case.

They always come about as soon as some obvious good shit goes down. They've been doing it every other press release. I think only time the pattern broke was after the court case hearing we livestreamed, and honestly I don't think anyone could've defended the dem's lawyers there, troll or not.

My issue is far less with Biden winning and much more with how egregious this whole election was, had Biden won fairly in a normal election you wouldn't be seeing this shitshow, as much of allegations of fraud happened when Trump won in 2016, there was no allegations that the election itself was fishy, the allegation was that Russians hacked social media to negatively influence opinions against Hillary, here the problem lies on the electoral proceess itself.

the problem is that you can't simply say tens of thousands of votes flipping from one candidate to the other is simply a glitch that "lol happens, get used to it" to millions of people.

you can't stop counting when a candidade is ahead with 98% of all ballots counted, have the opponent erase a 20% lead on 2% of the vote totals, and have people accepting that easily, the common american might not be a data scientist, but you don't need graphs and analysis to see a statistical impossibility, common sense knows this is suspicious, data science says is aonce every 72.000 years event possibility of happening.

You can't have a pipe brust in Atlanta stop the counts in five different cities almost 800 miles apart and have people not doubting the results.
