This is exactly how I am approaching all of this.

The press conference today gave me no reason to be a doomer at this point in time. The cases appear to indeed be robust.

The fuckery happening in the states right now simply serves as a reminder of what we were all prepared for on November 4th: That this shit is going to the SCOTUS.

An audit would have been the good news. When you're disputing whether thousands of ballots were even lawfully cast, what's the point of recounting those same ballots? You may find defective ballots, but the rigor of a recount isn't high enough for that. That's why Barnes has been roasting the SoS of GA about calling his overglorified recount an "audit".

They are public figures. However there are large groups of people online, many mentally ill, who are constantly looking for a target to harass. So putting the spotlight on them with info is a way to threaten and harass them without actually being the one to do it, as the peanut gallery will send the mean messages and the crazies might take it a step further.

Well according to the article it seems there are going to be people observing the recount so fuckery could be noticed, but we'll have to wait and see

Hopefully it won't be in the same way there were observers in the Georgia "audit" where there was 1 observer per 10 counters. But Wisconsin seems to be the least pozzed of the contested states, so if there's anywhere I'd expect a proper recount to take place, it's there.
