It might not be fraud, but if someone knowingly counts an invalid ballot that's at least tampering with official records or information. They won't be able to prove the tamperer knew what he was doing so no one will be prosecuted, but it is very likely a crime was committed.

I am more interested that fraud is proven and punished in court, that I am interested in reversing the states Biden fraudulently won, of course is not the perfect ending.

just imagine the fucking shitshow of a situation where that Biden is elected by the electoral college with a bit more than 270 votes, but after the election is rendered void in three states for fraud?

not the BEST case scenario for the sheer instability of all of it, but it could definitely happen.
