It's not about the election process from Nov 3 to January 20th, it's about the shitposts and frens we made along the way.

Even if the whole Western world melts down into totalitarianism and insurgency I'll still check back here in the downtime between my other activities.

That's the kraken. maybe. Sidney powell, trump lawyer been hounding the dominion issue for a while. i don't think she's entered anything into the courts but like rudy she has an impressive resume.

What was interesting is that she said the servers had been seized but she didn't know 'if it was the good guys or the bad guys' who did it.

He PMed me out of spite and tried to defend his hick spelling, then went on the offensive and failed. He used to provide such epic dox. This is all he's good for now.
What's funny too about this is when you compare it to another thread earlier.

Dude makes a hilarious grammatical fuck up, and people laugh at him.

I actually make a meme out of it because it was funny and the dude le up-boats it and moves on about his day like a normal person on the internet would.

Somehow with this though it constitutes cringy white knighting and spergouts. It blows my mind how some people who've been here for years have no ability for back and forth internet bantz whatsoever.

We don't know if he'll win or lose in PA either. Any of these could happen

1) He wins in PA, Democrats appeal to SCOTUS
2) He loses in PA, he appeals to SCOTUS

And of those, we don't know if the SCOTUS will take the case. I do think given the makeup of the SCOTUS with ACB in place it is likely to rule in his favor. However, who knows for sure what is going to happen? They might decide not to take it because overturning an election is controversial.

Anything is possible. I think that and the high likelihood of Very Bad Things happening no matter what the outcome is what makes this so interesting.

since it's about the election wouldn't SCOTUS take the case? even if it's to dismiss and send back to the lower courts?

Omfg...this doddering simpleton : https://www.theblaze.com/news/joe-biden-lockdown-national-coronavirus

So there won't be a national lockdown, but there might be some kind of national mask mandate (which of course we know won't actually be enforced)? That's it? That's Joe's big brain scheme that's going to get us through this crap?

presidents aren't dictators or kings. i don't think biden has the authority to do a national lockdown.

It might not be fraud, but if someone knowingly counts an invalid ballot that's at least tampering with official records or information. They won't be able to prove the tamperer knew what he was doing so no one will be prosecuted, but it is very likely a crime was committed.
You're making a whole lot of leaps there. No ballots were "tampered." It's whether a small number of ballots that were not properly filled out should or shouldn't be counted. And again, if every one of these ballots were thrown out, it changes absolutely nothing.

I suppose the Trump campaign lawyers billing each hour for these might have nice new boats or cars by the end of this. That's about the only change that's going to happen.

That's really strange, why is a redundancy like that allowed?

English is an odd language in that it doesn't have a standards body like French or even multiple competing standards bodies like Mandarin and so people can disagree about what is and is not acceptable.

The nightmare scenario is that they decide that intervening in an election will tear the country apart and decide to let it stand despite all the ballot stuffing. At which point the US doesn't have elections anymore. It has ballot stuffing and observer excluding contests.

I hope to fuck this doesn't happen, but I don't think we can rule it out. Another bad outcome is that Trump's team overturns a few states but not enough to flip the election and the Republican State Legislatures cuck and certify the remaining obviously fraudulent results in return for an easy life.

I'm skeptical it'll necessarily lead to civil war, but I think a boring blue hell is more likely, where the conditions if you're conservative/rightwing seem a lot shittier, but not enough to necessarily enough to push most people into wanting to take up their hunting rifles or whatever they got and go on some sort of "offensive"

English is full of mysteries. In those situations i always use s' anyway just to be safe. I've noticed a lot of apostrophe retardation lately, mostly in the form of stupid hick's and boomer's failing at meme's.

English is an odd language in that it doesn't have a standards body like French or even multiple competing standards bodies like Mandarin and so people can disagree about what is and is not acceptable.

The problem is that we have multiple standards bodies. I cited Merriam-Webster. Someone else might cite an obscure regional exception which is correct in its original locality, yet utterly backwater to everyone else. And there's always OWL.

we'll have to see if the "reams of ballots filled out on the side of the biden bus" is true. becuase that would be fraud.
"election official counts invalid ballots" is also fraud.

That's one way to cope with the general proclivity of conservatives to cuck

He's known mail in ballots were going to be a problem for months on end. I just didn't see much about it being done at all. I'm obviously not privy to their strategy sessions but number 1 for me would have been prepping as much beforehand legally and political machine wise regarding these ballots.

It seems like they were completely blindsided come election night. With election troubles you have to hit the ground in a full sprint so the more you cover beforehand, the better. I said Biden would win months ago and mail in ballots were going to be the factor and shocker, they were. And if an idiot like me could see that, then it should have been planned out.

Now maybe he did all he could, but from my perspective he didn't. And hiring Rudy to me indicates a show, not a defense.

Rudy won’t fold under threats. Some of the other lawyers on Trump’s team need a guy like him at the forefront in order to keep it together. He took down the mob, he can take on politicians when they try to pull mob-like bullshit. You have to remember that just because Rudy is old, that he is still a monster to other lawyers when it come to staring him down on the receiving end, especially on defense. Having an old fossil like him on your side is a godsend when for many legal experts, this is literally their first time being threatened on this scale.

Trump’s team wasn’t completely blindsided, they were preparing to fight over small cases of fraud barely pushing Biden over the finish line in like 2-3 key states at worst. They instead saw the current situation and had to replan everything in days. This is like going into the woods because you thought a coyote was spooking your livestock only to find a saber-toothed tiger instead. How do you prepare for that? You don’t.

Trump, in classic Trumpian fashion, threw off the numbers with nothing more than the sheer number of people that showed up in person, if current claims are true. This means that even the Dems, who were preparing for a narrative that focused on trying to call Trump a sore loser over around 500~1500 votes per state in “narrow victories” were not prepared for this. So currently the advantage is on Trump’s side for even preparing to fight a legal battle in the first place. The Democrats were planning to have the media win it for them, but that can’t work anymore.

I am going to assume she's shit posting. If not, she's retarded. Since you celebrate threatening people's children over politics, I would not be so quick to cast stones.
I never condoned threatening people's kids. Show me where I did. You are the one who is totally fine with throwing away legally cast votes if they were for Biden

i mean no offense those things aren't fucking hard, if you can't bubble-in the way you do on a scantron then maybe it shoudn't count.

what next? "well he didn't fill out the provisional same day registration ballot correctly, but he voted for biden. he told me so through interpretive dance. welp, that has so much passion i'm just gunna run this biden vote through twice. you get him, little buddy"

Apparently, as long as you do a crime that causes enough damage you can get away with it. That seems to be par for the course:
