The Democrats need to forget about winning Iowa and Ohio ever again. Florida is still possible, but becoming less blue with each passing election. So let's believe there wasn't any real fraud going on (even though there probably was)
On one hand, Biden did manage to win back pretty much every "Blue wall" state that was won by Trump in 2016, plus he picked up both Arizona and Georgia, both long believed to be out of reach by Democrats, and even managed to snag that one district in Nebraska.
On the other hand, he lost both Ohio and Florida, both states long considered crucial to win the presidency, lost Texas, which the Democrats were hoping to win, and he still lost that one district up in Maine.
Don't really know if this should really be a good or negative sign for the Democrats going forward, especially with Republicans claiming fraud in some of these states.
The two states that I think they can flip in the future one day are Texas and North Carolina.
