Who wants to bet that if the Democrats get the Senate, the one of the pushes will be to have the elector choosing and Inauguration Day occur earlier, just to "force" immediate concessions and transitions. All because the President-elect matters, guys!

It would be stupid to use the nuclear option now though. He still has time to drown the internet with every last juicy bit of information available from the current investigation. It would be pointless, even dangerous going Venezuela in the eyes of the world msm earlier than he should. Plant the seeds of reasonable doubt (and there's a lot of them, some have been found some will be) and his re-election will be difficult but still easier. Also let's not forget he needs to be 100% sure that the nuclear option will work without being derailed by a last-minute backstabber.

Tldr earning legitimacy, trust and acquiring believable evidence are the keys of everything

If he flips a single state or can reasonably prove a conspiracy, then the nuclear option becomes a lot more palatable to everyone. I think it's a reasonable expectation that he'll do so at least in one or two states. Maybe even in enough he needs to hit 270 outright.

This was on the Ace of Spades sidebar, "I Know Sidney Powell. She Is Telling the Truth."

It's a good brief summary of Powell's career before Flynn's case, how she was even a former federal prosecutor who quit in disgust at how they operate.

Everything I've seen and read about Powell is that she doesn't play around, she gets results. And if she wanted to just hang her hat on how well she defended Flynn she could have, but is putting everything on the table representing Trump.

Golly. I sure hope no contentious cases come before the SCOTUS from those states. I mean, if that happened those specific justices being in place would be downright unfortunate for the DNC.

So Sidney Powell is now claiming that it was "our forces" who seized the Scytl servers in Germany, which are... Somehow related to dominion. But then she says "so I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened" which is not promising.

Either way it doesn't sound like trump's lawyers have any firsthand knowledge of the contents of those servers. I don't know what "our forces" is supposed to mean in this context (American? Army rather than fbi?) But either way it doesn't really sound connected to the case they're making, unless I'm missing something here.
