Biden's no going to concede, if only to keep Trump from gaining reelection. If anything, He'd step aside and give the Oval Office to Kamala Harris. Right now, he's content to run out the clock to 12/14 because he's probably thinking that there's no way that the direct electors or SCOTUS or any vote changes to the electoral number will force him out. And he's already talking much about what he's going to do once Trump is gone.
