One thing of note was that there was a shakeup in the Circuit courts; four right-leaning SCOTUS Justices were put in charge of the courts of contested states: Kavanaugh in Michigan, Barrett in Wisconsin, Thomas in Georgia, and Alito in Pennsylvania.

ABC did something similar with HW Bush conceding as a template for how Trump should give in right now.

But of course CNN would devolve to McCain. The news is working with the establishment now that it is threatened, and what better way to do that is to bring back all the people you were convinced you hated at the time, like Dubya, McCain and Romney, and paint them as angels. All to manufacture a sense of nostalgia for "days before Trump." They probably chose McCain specifically since he is dead and because of Trump's comments for maximum manipulation.

I feel like I'm watching a balloon slowly going towards a looming thunderdtorm that's not yet raining but might start soon, with the democratic campaign being the balloon and the storm being the supreme court. Their behavior has been strange the past two weeks. Something's coming, and I don't know their chances of surviving it.

Saw the movie Sneakers recently and it's just full of George HW Bush Derangement Syndrome.

The closing "joke" is the hackers stealing money from the RNC and giving it to the NAACP. It's funny 'cause republicans are racist!

we don't even know if the SC will get involved. They should but I'm not a legal system watcher.

All Trump needs is a real audit in one of WI, MI, PA, or GA

If he is correct that will reveal large numbers of mail-in ballots that should have been rejected were counted in violation of state law, or that these very late night/very early morning dumps were full of fraudulent votes

He doesn't need to flip shit before December 1st, he needs to get the process that actually would flip shit started soon though. And have that process reveal he has a case. Until this week the approach has been pretty scattershot which Mr. Barnes Super Duper Lawyer has been complain-hinting at the entire time

What I'll give to be a fly in the wall in the hallowed halls of the SCOTUS now.

The justices would know their every move is being watched. Even the mere act of accepting/rejecting an emergency motion will mean they either implicitly support Biden or Trump.
