Yeah, only question is if the Dems will manage to keep their grift alive with him in power. People also got hyper red/black pilled with Sagasta (either going full federal/anti-centralist (left) or reactionary/fascist (right), with the second winning the bet in the end... then being promptly replaced by the first when they fucked it anyway. But it took decades to take him out, not because people didn't hate him, but because once they rig the country's elections it stops mattering who is in his favor so long as the army is. Or at least until the army is pissed off enough to go full fash as happened here anyway.

If Biden gains power I expect the progressives to be the first to be culled, and the RINOS to be implanted into the republican top brass hardcore. Rigging both parties, then using the senate to pass some kinda bill to make investigations of electoral fraud impossible or worthless using the supposed instability caused by Trump as a turk head. That's what Sagasta and Cánovas did respectively (except the senate was rigged before the elections) and the Dems and RINOS have followed their instruction manual to a T. So I do expect to see AOC and Bernie either turn coats or get bent over in the close future no matter who wins.

Powell is an ideologue. One on the side of Trump, but an ideologue. She can easily play up the importance of events around her not out of any form of ill intent or duplicity, but out of sincere belief in it blinded by her own biases.

Small things that provide minor proof suddenly become major bombshells in her mind. Its a common folly for anyone with strongly held, sincere beliefs.

Now, this is not necessarily the case here, but it is very much a possibility. So skepticism is entirely warranted until we can fairly see what she has .

The thing is... a lot of that terror about Trump was making people feel like their miserable existences were due to Trump. So in a way, they still projected their hope and dreams onto Biden.
