Trump had a Republican congressional majority for two years. He could have focused on national voter ID and election integrity but he spent that time exclusively on massive tax cuts for corporations and huge foreign aid packages to Israel. Ironically Jews and corporations would pay him back for his generosity by calling him a Nazi and backstabbing him for four years.

It's almost like Trump is a fucking retard or something.

2017-2018? when flake and ryan were around? the never trunpers?

Anybody in the mood to make any guesses on who's gonna be the next person the media says is pushing trump to concede after talking to "anonymous insiders from within the trump white house"

I've come up with a list of likely candidates.

Rudy or Powell or Ellis or any combination of the three "due to the fear they are walking into an zunwinnable legal battle"
Mike Pompeo
Ben Carson
Ted Cruz
Rand Paul
Barron Trump
Zombie Reagan
Macaulay Culkin
Kayne West
BREAKING: The Spirits of Elvis Presley, Tupac Shakur and D.B. Cooper visited Trump in the middle of the night, urging him to concede the election.

Wait, why is the US backing Morocco? Isn't that shithole where european girls go to see "exotic locales" and get beheaded by islamists?

Oil. See issue is nowadays USA has made a strong military alliance with Spain, but back during WW2 and the Cold War Spain was led by a fascist dictator so USA made ties to Morocco, which it then supported invading El Rif and Western Sahara, where spain got its oil from. To in exchange force them to make a deal with USA that'd land it a lot of oil. So while now Morocco is a humanitarian disaster, it's invasion of Western Sahara growing a bigger issue by the month, and being one of the last authoritarian monarchies left and the USA would rather have nothing to do, well it already swore to take its side if shit hit the fan unless Morocco starts it, so it can't exactly back out. But hey you're still getting a lot of oil out of that so look on the bright side! It's good for business, you just gotta ignore that the saharawis are still being persecuted and put into concentration camps...

Dominion's about to go on damage control it seems

I haven't been following anything for the past 100 or so pages, can anyone give a quick recap? I took a few days off because looking at all of this took up a lot of my time and made me worry way too much.

Lemme give this a go, is is a Friday/Saturday recap:

  • Georgia was expected to certify results on Friday, CNN reported they had and Biden still won, a few hours later Georgia stated it had not certified the results yet then was quiet all day, early Saturday morning they announce Georgia will be doing a signature audit.
  • Trump's PA case was dismissed with prejudice followed by dooming. No matter what it wasn't ending there, had Trump won the State would of at least pushed it to the Circuit court maybe even Supreme, Trump always been on a path to the Supreme Court with this one.
  • Wisconsin recount with observers (I don't think this is an audit) is underway. Lots of accusations of shenanigans being thrown both ways (Trump observers challenging every ballot no matter the reason, the Election board calling multiple recesses) last report I heard 3 ballots had been invalidated, one at random, a two tables of contested ballots had probably at least a couple hundred on them.
  • Allegedly Nevada had 77k more votes for President than they had ballots
  • Trump lawyer Sydney Powell taking mad levels of tin foil level shit. Server seized, Bernie won 2016 primary, Dominion stole the election with massive amounts of vote flipping, several foreign nations had access to our voting data in an unsecured fashion before being posted. Even the hopeful people think it's too big to be true. She's either talking mad shit as some bizarre or extremely desperate tactic, or we are about to have the most significant national event since 9/11.

Very hard to observe anything when you have to sit on a chair 6 feet away as a rigger handles the ballots behind a plexiglass shield because muh flu

It takes time and if once Biden is sworn on his AG could just stop all the cases.

Kind of like in 1960 JFK's AG did.

thats what i thought. unless the server confiscation is real or a whistleblowrr comes forward, powell would only have circumstantial evidence.

for the people who didnt vote but were recorded as voting, they'd have to sue the state to correct the record right?

this is a lot of lawfare.

Sonic the Hedgehog. Sources have quoted him as telling Trump that he's "gotta go, fast!"

Yahoo never disappoints.

lets say the dominion thing is real. could powell get access to the data through lawyering? or would it take a warrant?

...for this sort of thing, you have to have a warrant. The real question is, if they don't have that data now, will they have it by the time they go to court and receive a verdict before the Electoral College meets. I think not, in which case, who cares.

Alright so I'm checking the Colorado documents. Archive for those that aren't up to date:

I'll be posting comments and findings here:

>Pages 1 and 2, Cover and Index: Only comment I have about this is that the seal of the State of Colorado is a tinfoil hatter's dreams come true.

On a more serious note I looked up Steven Bennett, to see if that was the first weak link (I know that'd be too on the nose but this is the Dems so I ain't assuming they won't be idiots.) Well my immediate thought is I was probably right but too late, 'cause he already DFEd his twitter, https://twitter.com/stevenbennettdv so buddy's hiding that's for sure. I also found his Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/steven-bennett-9a855a164 and Zoominfo https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Steven-Bennett/753277274 which has a nice little chart telling me well holy shit no one looked up this guy before the election but afterward he's been getting traffic, wonder why... It also links me to this 2018 judicial case about ranked choice voting where Bennett shittalked the election officials for not answering his please for gibbs https://www.sfreporter.com/news/2017/11/29/for-those-about-to-rank/ he sounds like a massive lolcow to me. But found nothing else.

>Pages 3 and 4. This is the straight up advertisement. And my god. The slime. The mucus. The vile. The utter and complete corporate deconstruction of language into nothing but good sounding yet vacuous bullshit. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH... I can't take it. I need out. I need a break. Oh god.

Ok emu, get yourself out of this. You can do it. Let's go back in. Breathe in. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...

Ejem. So yeah, that whole spiel was painful in deepseated ways. But if I pull myself together, I can try and examine some of this.

1-Uniform Voting System. This is what Dominion calls what it does constantly. If you're wondering if it's shady, stop. It's not Dominion's term at all, it's legalese from Colorado's legislation: https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/elections/VotingSystems/UniformVotingSystem.html that's why they use it. Indeed in deals with other entities, eg: https://www.sccgov.org/sites/rov/Documents/CW2232168 Dominion Final.pdf they instead use their preferred term "Democracy Suite", which they also use in this document multiple times.

2-Democracy Suite: They sure love this term. Seems to be a literal registered trademark of them, and my god they are slimy about it. Just look at their website: https://www.dominionvoting.com/democracy-suite-ems/

Gives me the shivers. Oh btw love that "CERTIFIED" (Totally not unofficial) seal of the USA Election Assistance Commission. Jesus christ the horror... Oh btw I love how they claim their system makes audits better because it uses AUDITMARK(R). Yeah because that's how law works I'm sure the auditors will absolutely trust the machine to audit itself. After all, it has AUDITMARK(R) and algorithms never, EVER lie, not at all, that's just not a thing. How great that we have an AI to rule us instead of flawed humans. I sure am glad we left behind the democracies of the past with their dishonest tactics. Soylent Green tastes like pork!

This entire webpage is creepy dystopian bullshit to me but honestly it's not that juicy, it's just self inflicted torture with the eventual odd selling point that shouldn't work if the law doesn't have blind faith in them, which it shouldn't.

I then went on to check other info. I found this manual of one of their old versions: https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/el...2-03-EMS-FunctionalityDescription-5-11-CO.pdf And I also found that in 2019 they tried to strike a contract with texas (probably for this election) and the SoS found their system to be compromised and rejected it as a result: https://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/forms/sysexam/dominion-democracy-suite-5.5.pdf So yeah... The issues were known to the USA a year in advance and anyone who used it knew damned well what it was getting into.

Other than that back to pages 3 and 4, it's just very slimy. And the bolded sentences most of all. This is the power of partnership. One of the most important things that we do as a company is to always listen to our customers needs. Is your customer the state or the politicians? Because they don't have the same needs... And one of them can hire or fire you, the other one can't. I swear half of his discourse sounds like thinly veiled corruption offers. But I've seen enough corporate drivel to know he's probably just quoting his fucking vacuous bullshit advertising manual and not realicing how it sounds because he's a fucking drone. He sure should've scrubbed this sooner not 'cause of any possible info we might add but out of sheer shame at being this bad at his job holy fuck how did they actually strike a deal with this bad an offer?

>Pages 5 and 6. Preliminary Project Schedule: Ok once more I just wanna point out:

"Dominion subscribes to a collaborative management approach, where transparency, frankness, and open communications drive our projects. The key aspects to effective management are planning and control processes. Through experience in several state installations, we have developed comprehensive project plans, and we implement controls to maintain schedules and quality standards."

First of "quality standards"? votes are either right or wrong, vote counting doesn't have a quality slider. But moreover, yeah that's just a symptom of the disease, and the disease is that I swear if I looked at my old project organization and bullshit capitalism legalese notes I would find that exact paragraph down to a T except for the name "dominion". I had a fucking flashback when reading that. This guy, is the worst marketing expert I've had the displeasure to see. He has absolutely no creativity or even will to at least make it look like it's not vague corporate marketing talk to pad out the runtime. I can feel the pain emanating from his soul as he copypastes this shit for the umptieth time. No wonder he sounded like a lolcow he probably hates his job, in fact this kinda attitude is exactly what the project organization course taught us to look out for to identify workers that had been thoroughly demoralized and needed motivation. This man is dead inside.

"In addition to formal monthly and independent corporatereviews, informal dailycontact will help to keep Colorado countiesabreast of all contract and task activities, performance levels, and issues. Open communication between the customer and the PM willallow issues to be raised, addressed, and mitigated. This feedback loop expedites issue resolution and the development of mutually agreed upon mitigation approaches, thus increasingcustomer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle."

He is kind enough to tell us in clear words everyone was in cahoots and there ain't no one that didn't know what was going on though. You know, usually you try to keep people as separate as possible for this kinda shit when it comes to elections, precisely to avoid possible conspiracy. Again I must admit I've seen this protocol before, this is literal textbook client satisfaction shit, just extremely odd finding it in ELECTIONS of all places.

"The State of Colorado requires a comprehensive workplan based on well-established principles of project management. The structure of the plan includeskey milestones, which allow the State of Colorado to see tangible progress."

And I take this as a confession. Not of anything illegal but what I said before, yeah he literally is copypasting project management textbooks, without even an ounce of shame, he is not even trying to hide it, holy shit.

"1)Dominion’s workplan adheres to PMBOK standards and practices.
2)It is developed using MS Project and will be monitored/reported by using MS Project.
3)It is designed with key milestones (clear tangible deliverables) that are designed to mitigate risk to the extent possible.
4)Tasks are focused on accomplishing specific objectives.
5)The work breakdown structure is a logical progression of steps, activities, and subtasks that lead to tangible work products or deliverables.
6)Our plan provides Colorado countieswith visibility into the tasks and schedule.
7)Our plan incorporates Dominion’s prior experience in successfully implementing voting systems.
8)Our workplan is achievable and will be used to manage specific deadlines. "

Again, TEXTBOOK. "tasks are focused on accomplishing specific objectives", you're not supposed to copypaste that line you dunce that should be obvious! Come on man I've seen this chart before with some names changed. You're not supposed to do this, you're supposed to tell the customer the part that's important to them not the bloody textbook on project management you're making me have second have embarrasment.

Ok so now that I finished my review on these guy's lack of soul, let's get back to this:

>Pages 7 through to 15. This is a very long list of technical shit. I didn't see anything suspicious maybe someone else can comb through it better and find it, but nothing seemed like proof of corruption to me, just a pretty standard boring ass corporate table of mindnumbing nothingness, just like every other business like them loves it. And honestly I'm leaving this here because I can't deal with it anymore. I'll make a part 2 when I can, this has been way more painful than I expected. And I blame whoever caused Steven to have this massive hole where his motivation should be. His lead must be the worst fucking manager in recent history, I cannot imagine having a subordinate THIS broken and not trying to do something about it, and this point not even because of his lack of effort's probable impact on sales, but just because Steve needs a fucking hug and it pains me to see him like this even though I don't know anything about him, god damn.

I think that’s the worst and maybe most depressing part, not only will Trump be dead or thrown into a jail broke and with nothing to his name, not only will his supporters be purged from society completely, but all the MAGA stuff and all the talking points and all the fun and funny stuff that came with it...will be snuffed out, crushed like a bug, and we’ll be lucky to hear about it being seen as “an odd time in our history”.
