So from what I’m hearing from today, it’s looking to be all over but waving the white flag?
Still not over ... But the fuckery that went on this weekend with Powell and the fuckery going on with the state governments today are turning people into doomers.

I think people are just tired and are now even resigning to the possibility that the SCOTUS won't do anything.

No not really, we all just living in the moment. Trump did say this was all going to SCOTUS in the end.

The big question is if Trump planning to cross the Rubicon given how the GOP will turn on Trump supporters first before staying strong against the Democrats.
Honestly, I don’t think so. I feel Trump plays the long game and I don’t see any way this “crossing the rubicon” thing as anything other than some “last one out, turn out the light” shit to burn it all down before Biden is sworn in.

I think my favorite twist during this whole thing is how quickly Biden's prospective cabinet is shaking out. It's like every bit of doom and horror that could have been predicted coming true. Forever wars, supplicating to the CCP, more lockdowns, empowering corporations, destroying the fabric of society with CRT, encouraging the gender ideology on children, gun grabbing, just everything you could imagine. It's been so fast too that even lefties haven't really been able to celebrate the defeat of Drumpf.

I've said it before, but if Biden somehow actually did win legitimately, we're gonna get what we deserve for suffering the existence of soo many useless low info voters and there is no punishment more deserving on them than a Biden presidency.

People are starting to realize that Biden may get away with it

Yeah, the bleakness is real. If anything, I’m just wondering what ll be done first now that the country will be pack on the road to progressive utopia .

And the worst part will be how quickly Trump and his policies will be crushed by the Washington machine along with supporters being purged from society. They’ve already started saying that finding a MAGA hat in the future will be like finding Nazi memorabilia.

Keep in mind that the whole Michigan certification fiasco was essentially just a small ray of hope that ended up being a nothingburger- it's not like refusing to certify was anything anyone actually expected before the initial 2-2 deadlock, so it doesn't change much in the grand scheme of things, aside from now being past the certification deadline.

If SCOTUS doesn't do anything, then you can expect civil unrest to spike. Won't say civil war or balkanization or anything (though at this point I don't even think either possibility are just fantasies anymore), but straight up neglecting an issue that a huge portion of the population believes is worth addressing (even among some Democrats) would be retarded no matter what.

Honestly, there is an argument to be made that a Trump second term would be delaying the inevitable.

I don't think 5 years of Critical Race Theory being banned would stop its reinstatement as soon as the Dem gets in, for example.

It just fundamentally disgusts me that the first female Vice President is a near-literal whore who slept her way to it.

A government seen as illegitimate by roughly half the population is gonna be interesting, that's for sure...

Everyone I know who owns guns said there's been a crazy rash of accidents lately, with boats full of guns sinking in the ocean, tornadoes picking people's entire gun collection right out of their house, crazy stuff like that.

There is truly nothing more cringe than second amendement larpers threatening to release the kraken as they move the goalpost.

People are too complacent. They’re not directly affected. Nobody is breaking into their house. Nobody is stealing their shit. People are content to watch the world burn around as long as the fires don’t get too close to them.

You overestimate how the general Republican base will respond. You can talk a big game online, but nobody is ready to put their life on the line to take on the US Armed Forces.
Oh I don't know.

Given the choice, I'll take fighting for my freedoms over surrendering to re-education camps anyday. There's plenty of people who feel the same way.

Give me liberty, or give me death.

And you’ve just identified the part that’ll be wiped from your mind in the camps if/when the Democrats get their hands on both houses to go with the White House.
Things are more to turn violent, as people are liable to come to the realization that trying to do things in a civilized manner is pointless. On top of that, this "pandemic" has ruined so many lives that people have zero reason to believe things will get better and decide to take it out on those they think are responsible. I'm not sure if the left understands how dangerous this game of theirs is getting. Things could easily go from Kenosha to Kabul.

It's not dangerous at all, the right will cuck as is tradition.

CRT is only the beginning. Once 1/21 starts, and once both houses are obtained by Democrats, EVERY pet project they’ve talked about will be pursued, if not made reality by Executive Order. And of course, we’ll se every minute of the hearings of the Trust and Reconciliation Commission and the show trials of everyone named in the Trump Accountability project, including the sentencing of them and the seizing of their assets...and maybe the execution of some of the more defiant ones for good measure.
