Something I'm really interested in seeing should Biden get in is what's going to happen to the left in the future. Looking at places like r/WayOfTheBern or r/stupidpol and other such places they aren't happy with what the Biden administration is shaping up to be, I've even seen many discussing similar points as the current right is. It's always interesting for apparent socialists to realize the party they've been rallying around is basically the personification of "rule by elites" that should be going against their values of standing for the working class. I'm curious to see if/when the fracture between the progressives and deep state Dems take place what shape the party will take.
I think the Republicans are also in for a shake up even if Trump gets in but especially should he not. GOPe deserves to lose if they're going to be this spineless, I have no idea why they'd think anyone would care to vote for someone that caved at the first sign of pressure.
I don't know, I get some comfort out of knowing that not everyone on the left is blind to what's going on even if I might disagree with some of their positions. Not just talking about the whole election drama but on what to actual expect from a Biden administration. Feels like it might end up very similar to what's happened in Canada with Trudeau and I can already see the die hard loyalists forming that'll pardon anything Biden does because either "the other guys are worse" or some other garbage reason. Republicans already seem to be slipping into a similar stupor the Conservatives found themselves in after Harper with a lacking of any good leadership should they toss Trump to the wolves.
