The saddest thing about these photos is that Ralph has all capabilities needed to take care of himself and yet he still won't. He could be leading a nice life for himself but won't because he can't mentally do it. If he doesn't end up back behind bars, the only way his story ends is with him dying from everything he's done to his body.
