I know I probably sound like a broken record constantly talking about shit Barnes left. But something but I really can't help but think about he often makes about how Trump went into this election alot weaker without people like Roger Stone and Steve Bannon around.

Barnes thinks they would have not only seen this coming but would be more than willing to firt down in the dirt fpr trump and I can't help but agree.

i find the bidenism bit is rich when the outgoing president tried to flex on national television by stating he passed screening questions for dementia, while denigrating his opponents mental faculties.

Biden's a fucking twit, but after nearly 2.4k pages in this thread and 2 years of retarded and inaccurate predictions, KF please just hold off on the really retarded predictions. Biden being smoothbrained isn't a crazy one at all, just keep the most /pol/-level takes off the record until once he's in.

Money is hugely important. No money means no ads, no staff, no offices, no legal teams, no big rallies.
There is a reason why third parties always lose and it's because they have zero money.
Exactly and not only that but the Democrats and Republicans have a lot of control over many parts of the electoral process that fuck third parties over in making sure there is no media attention on them unless it’s useful to them (i.e. 1992 and 2016)
Don't know why you guys are all doom and gloom about third parties. The Reform Party won the 1998 Minnesota gubernatorial election, the first time a third party has ever done it. And in Colorado, the Consitution Party came in second place during the 2010 Colorado gubernatorial election. Beating the Republicans. And that's not mentioning local politics where the Third Parties do better.

They all will be rigged out and the sooner the idiots in the GOP don't make an effort to unfuck themselves or activate the nuke on the electoral college then be damned to the flood.
this. dunno why people still believe at this point any non-approved dem and rep will get anywhere ever again if this shit goes through. if they can get away with it with trump in the white house, how HAM are they gonna go with one of their cronies in charge?

Half of this thread though:

Why does anyone care what cartoonists have to say when their depiction of a human being usually looks like that? I'm supposed to think there's wisdom behind the hand that represents people like that? I'm so sick of cartoonists, of all people, being held up as the intellectual avant guard. I don't think I've ever seen a more soulless image in my life.

Hell, even in 2020. Democrats made damn sure Green Party couldn't run this year.

You realize Minnesota is a weird ass state right? Also Colorado hates republicans so of course a third party would do better, and local politics would of course be beneficial to third parties since there aren’t any eyes on them.

Let’s not forget that both of the major third parties are run by mongoloids who either make the progressives look far right (The Green Party) or want to sell drugs to kids along with banning drivers licenses (Libertarians)

My favorite thing about the gloating is the smug hypocrites going "well trump, you loose, you loose." In order to try to justify the fraud. Yeah, were was this humility bullshit when trump won back in 2016?
Foolish of you to think that Democrats care about hypocrisy. The only thing they care about is "I win, you lose".

You're right, you should only take comics with anime characters seriously.

Oh, they have lots of plans for annihilating our Second Amendment rights, some of which don't even require registration. Here it is, straight from the horse's mouth:

1. Repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, allowing individuals or groups to sue any "manufacturer or seller of a firearm, ammunition, or a component of a firearm that has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce, or against a trade association of such manufacturers or sellers" for dealing in murderous weapons of death. This will devastate the American firearms industry.

2. Ban the sale of "assault weapons" and "high capacity magazines." These terms have no specific meaning, it's basically whatever the government says they mean. It's been rumored they might set the "high capacity magazine" limit as little as 10 or 8 rounds, which will make most common pistols and magazines illegal to sell. Obviously they intend to make all magazine-fed rifles illegal. They might even make the M1 Garands they sell through CMP illegal.

3. Ban the import of "assault weapons." They say they can do this with an Executive Order.

4. Regulate all "assault weapons" under the National Firearms Act. This means the most popular rifles in the country, and probably the most popular handguns, and perhaps the magazines for same, will require Federal registration, a $200 tax stamp (each), and will be subject to state regulation as well. Casual shooters may find themselves owing thousands of dollars to the ATF if this becomes law. Collectors may face bankruptcy or be forced to give up their collections.

5. "Buy back" "assault weapons" and magazines. Historically, this is a great way to dispose of broken crap and make some money at the taxpayers' expense. But if the choice is a "buy back" or a tax stamp, many people will be forced to give up their guns.

6. Limit firearm purchases to one per individual per month.

7. Require background checks for personal transfers, except "very close family members," though I think they're lying about that part.

8. Give the FBI 10 business days to complete a background check instead of 3.

9. Deny firearm ownership to anyone convicted of a "hate crime," which will probably be everyone on this forum if they have their way. But at least we'll get an interesting disparate impact test case out of this one.

10. End the online sale of firearms and ammunition. Great for the big chain stores that have contracts with the ammo suppliers, not so much for people who can't make it there when it comes off the truck. Like people who are locked down for Coronapanic.

11. Red flag laws, of course.

12. "Incentivize" states to require licensing before anyone can purchase a gun. (Of course he says nothing about CCW reciprocity.)

13. 100% smart guns, whatever the hell they are. I think they're supposed to have a fingerprint reader and a little Android computer to identify authorized users before they fire, and a tiny stamp or laser to inscribe a serial number on casings before ejecting them. Basically something that doesn't exist, wouldn't work, and would probably get you killed if you were forced to depend on it.

14. Require gun owners to store their guns "safely," whatever that means. One of those little lock boxes you shove in your nightstand? RSC? TL-15? Centrally monitored alarm system? If someone breaks into your house, ask them not to rape you or murder you before you can get your smart gun out of the safe and unlock it.

15. Require owners to report if their guns are lost or stolen. So you're criminally liable if someone breaks into your house while you're on vacation and steals a gun, and you don't notice.

16. Make "ghost guns" illegal, that is, you are no longer allowed to machine your own gun or certain parts. They probably want to make all individual machining illegal.

I just loved all the progressives telling me "your taxes won't go up unless you make over $400,000 a year," when Biden is trying to raise exorbitant taxes on gun owners, make new guns and ammo ridiculously expensive, and impose undefined but probably onerous and costly requirements on them. Not that I own any guns. I'm just saying, if I did, this would be very annoying. The upside is that the worst ideas require an Act of Congress, and Congress is unlikely to go along with many of them. But Biden and Harris can still do a lot of damage on their own.
Sooo, pretty much CA gun laws then. I have a bad habit of telling Calicucks to get an M1911, because with the 10-round limit, that makes it one of the few firearms in the state where extended mags are legal. To answer some of your questions:

-A transfer is literally a changing of hands, as was demonstrated by a Colorado sheriff back in 2013, an exemption for close family pretty much means that you just won't get arrested for taking Little Billy out to plink on a supervised range.

-"Hate crimes", like the term "assault weapon", still lack a solid definition. The simplest way of going about this that still pretends to give a fuck about law and order would be to enable misdemeanor crimes to be elevated to felonies if the prosecution could prove an anti-racial/sexual/religious motive.

-A "smart gun" is still something of a catch-all term for firearms that include electronic safety features (no word yet on electronic targeting like Aliens' take on the term). This ranges from the aforementioned fingerprint scanners to grip safeties that can supposedly distinguish your grip from anyone else's via distribution of pressure. I wouldn't personally have a giant problem with the latter if it could be proven reliable across a large variety of stances and both one- and two-handed grips, but you know the Left: the more tech the better.

-The current direction of "safe" storage is moving towards a literal safe, they might as well issue a minimum time you have to spend trying to retrieve it.

-Note that 3D printing has advanced to the point where printing non-pressure-bearing components of firearms is a viable option these days. Given that in many examples of modern firearms (and especially the AR-15), the part of the weapon that is serialized and controlled is a non-pressure-bearing component, expect some heavy crackdowns in that department as well.

I am absolutely sure Trump and his people did see this coming.
Well, we know that he expected some level of fraud considering how often he went on about Democrats rigging the election with mail-in ballots since the COVID pandemic started. But the question if he actually has done something about it but he's withholding it for his case or some other insane nuclear option, or if he simply didn't expect the Democrats to be so brazen with their ballot stuffing and didn't actually have a safeguard in place before all this. The latter is the more realistic option, while the former is what you'd expect if Trump really is a 4D chess master- I remember there was something about his team using a SCIF during the election for instance, but I haven't heard anything about that for a while. You could even argue that he wanted all this to happen and be dragged out as far as possible before indisputably exposing and correcting the fraud, in order to really fire up the right in general for future elections, as well as have a justification for significant electoral reform and get to single out traitors in the GOP- but all of this is extremely optimistic (and I expect to be rainbow bombed for it) and TES-tier speculation, so I'm pretty sure he was just taken aback by how far the Democrats were willing to go, with the post-election bullshit being the result of that.

The Republicans are all pansies and will just shit themselves and do nothing.

Your comment about the realistic nature of portrayed characters implies that anime is something to take seriously. This is a stupid premise. You're getting your panties in a bunch over a comic that makes fun of people enjoying having their panties in a bunch.
I didn't say anything about anime actually - I said cartoons are stupid...I hate anime as well. I know it was off-topic but I was commenting on the low quality of "topical" cartoons that are everywhere.

Let's supposed as some sort of nefarious accelerationist I wanted to get the US right to go completely nuts. I'd do the following things

1) These guys believe in 'Soapbox, ballot box, ammo box'. So I'd limit their speech, rig elections, and tell them I'm coming for those guns
2) They all like Fox and other right-wing safe spaces. I'd make those switch suddenly to pushing left-wing propaganda.
3) They like video games, sportsball, and movies. Let's load those up with left-wing propaganda too.
4) Cancel Thanksgiving and Christmas
5) Ban demonstrations
6) Massive censorship of all the Internet platforms normies use.
7) When elections are rigged, make it clear that none of the mechanisms to stop that work anymore. Ban observers, use mob pressure to force certification. Intimidate the SCOTUS and state legislatures into turning a blind eye
8 ) Make it clear the Republican party has given up the fight. You don't want them having a peaceful means of expressing their political views
9) Get big tech to nuke people like Alex Jones who'd otherwise be a safety valve.
10) Wait for the explosion to come.
3.5: shut down churches, fine and arrest pastors that refuse to comply with "YOU CAN'T SING, SOMEBODY COULD GET THE COOF!"

EDIT: Oh, you think I'm being hyperbolic, Draco? You think I'm fucking joking?

They had plenty of safeguards. Problem is the GOP did not actually use them in the places they knew they needed to.
