Sadly, The Crown has been relatively complicit in the antics of JJYS. IIRC it was a joint submission of Crown and Defence that lead to his conditional discharge in the first place.

My bet is, because JJYS plays the "protected class" card well with the Crown, he is going to ask for a full discharge because of some made up nonsense... too hard for a crippled lady to fight through plagues of Covid infected bullies to attend his probation meetings. With one year to live, the quality of his last few days are made heavy by the burden of this ordeal. Etc

I noticed one of the meowmix twitter accounts trying to get ppl to report this to the RCMP - which is just wishful thinking. The RCMP are so lazy that my guess is they won't do a thing about this. It would require an actual investigation to prove JY was the owner of the account used to make the threats. That is WAY beyond the scope of the average RCMP constables training or ability - these are not usually very bright people and they aren't known for their high levels of education. Unless there's an indian that needs to be beaten up or a rape victim that needs some more molestation, the RCMP aren't an effective police force.

It's a sad state of affairs when the public isn't protected from the likes of yaniv and his ilk. The fact that he's making such blatant and frequent threats needs addressing.

I know he once claimed the RCMP "wouldn't touch him" but bloody hell how bad does this arsehole's behaviour have to be before something is done. As bad as the courts are in the UK at least some have been jailed but then again police investigations were actually carried out.

eta: You'd think they'd get someone in to check his PC/phones if only to cut down on the constant reports they must be receiving, if only to reassure folks that they are/have taken it all seriously. <smh>

Well in the U.S. many jurisdictions actually require candidates to flunk an intelligence test as a condition of employment. The cops and the rioting types are really just two sides of the same very low i.q. coin......

It's a sign of his impaired ability to understand complexity. Even if he did research Horrible Harris's background he's probably not capable of forming an accurate perspective of how that impacts her contemporary political platform. Try to show JY how many pot smokers Harris has sent to federal prison and the wheels still wouldn't start turning simply because Harris is a woman.
