It never mattered. Social Justice the way it is now is such a first world western thing that what happens outside of North America or Europe might as well not exist if it goes against what it pushes.They're a literal majority of the world, so no.
Take the "Latinx" stuff from a few pages ago. The vast majority of people in Spanish speaking countries loathe the word "Latinx" and think it's retarded. There have been studies made where people overwhelmingly reject the word, it doesn't matter. A minority of descendants of Latinos in the United States like it, so the word gets stuffed down everyone's throats.
It also treats the whole world as if the climate in the US applies everywhere. There were Black Lives Matter protests in Japan for fuck's sake. The country where the racial makeup in 2016 was "Japanese 98.1%, Chinese 0.5%, Korean 0.4%, other 1% (includes Filipino, Vietnamese, and Brazilian)".
