Apparently not a lot of news to come out this week so I'm going to post this here. This is a statement from A1 Shredding & Recycling regarding the shredded ballots.

Basically they're saying "we weren't aware that these were ballots we're shredding but we're just doing our jobs!" I'm pretty sure that would totally work out in court.
I think it would, actually, unless it can be demonstrated that they were actively complicit in what they did.

But so far, the county's elections board hasn't said that they've spoiled any ballots; rather, they say that they threw out just about anything that isn't relevant to the tally or re-tally. It may be worth looking into, but I doubt it ever would be by the necessary people.

Besides that, Trump has to show (and should have to show) that there was massive voter fraud, not just garden variety fraud which is indistinguishable from the margin of error.

"Massive" is doing a hell of a lot of of work in this sentence, as is "garden variety." What's the line between them? How many fake ballots are too many? "Well, there were 9,999 ballots from Mickey Mouse and that's OK, but if there'd been 10,000 we'd have a real problem?" Considering that the North Carolina Dems demanded- and got- a new election over much weaker evidence, the idea that the onus is on Trump to prove (Sorites-compliant) "massive" fraud beyond the existing ridiculous results feels like moving the goalposts. It's worth remembering that the US State Department has dismissed foreign elections as "rigged" on weaker evidence than what's currently publicly available.

As Larry Correia pointed out, there's a very simple test for determining whether problems are mistakes or malfeasance: mistakes are random. When they all start accumulating to the benefit of one party, then it's malfeasance. Just for the standpoint of probability, if Joe Biden was a real Catholic, election night would have connected him to more than enough miracles to be eligible for sainthood.

He's just doing his time, it'll go easier for everyone if you just roll with it.
Why are you speaking like this?

This isn't like it's some mental hospital where there's a lunatic in the back spouting out crazy racist shit and everyone looks on in disappointment and says "just roll with it, it'll be easier if you don't question it". I'm making fun of you retarded A&H'ers and Trumpers alike for using this thread as your grounds for coping and complaining every time someone questions your dear leader and have been wanting to do so for MONTHS but your bubble of 'tism has blocked me from doing so.

If you replaced this post with nothing it would consist of the same substance.

And what federal constitutional questions are they going to raise regarding how a state conducts its own election?
Just like Chris Chan's trial when he hit Michael Snyder with his car and Chris expected the trial to find Snyder guilty of all sorts of stuff, they expect the court to find Biden guilty of election fraud and then Hillary, Biden, Kamala, Bernie and everyone else will be forced into the gallows and Trump will be declared the president for life.

I don't understand ironically pretending to like trash as a bit any more than I understand gimmickposting.
Just be yourself man why are you all so fucking ironic all the time
>why do you have to make fun of us Trumpers all the time, bro, pls, I've had enough for all the 4 years of mockery, pls stop
Holy shit, even r/The_Donald doesn't cry this much. Cry more.

You type that you're making fun of someone, but you, I, and everyone who reads your posts knows that's not the case. I just don't get it man. What's the point of a troll everyone knows is trolling?

Would any of the posters who come to this thread to gloat about Trump losing be interested in discussing whether they're actually happy about a Biden presidency? Is there a particular part of the Democratic Party's platform that any of you are genuinely looking forward to being implemented? Perhaps some aspect of the more left-leaning cultural positions that appeal to you vs. more conservative ones? What about foreign policy? Does Biden's incoming cabinet look like they'll be good for the rest of the world to you guys? Like overall are you people thinking that this is a positive development? I'm not asking to really even argue, I'm honestly curious.

I mean I understand disliking Trump, but that's a horse that has been beaten beyond death into its component atoms at this point. We get that you don't like him or his supporters and think it's hilarious that he's not going to be president anymore. Once the joy at defeating your enemies has faded, though, what is it about President Biden that gets your motors going?
Everyone coming on here doing that is just looking to mine salt because they’re addicted to it, no matter what source it’s from.

He lost a bet, in like a week or two, he’ll be back to normal.

No stop it. Everyone knows he has to be declared president for life before the executions.

I'm a trump supporter so I'm not happy but it's funny how much in denial you all are. It's insane.

Dont act like you wouldn't dunk on democrats if they were acting this deluded.

What if you're just neutral like me?

Trump hypothetically could prevail.... but I'm not holding my breath.

Ok, real post here, not trolling, etc but answering your question.

Joe Biden is not my ideal candidate. I much preferred Pete Buttiegieg. In fact, Joe was pretty much the lowest on my list of people that I wanted to see win the nomination, only slightly above Warren (she's not electable, let's be honest here).

However, I still happily voted for him. While I don't really care for him as a candidate, I do think he will appoint qualified people to positions. He will act less like a lolcow on Twitter and more like a president should. He will put forth effort to doing what we can about climate change and the environment. He will listen to scientists on covid. He will appoint someone who actually cares about education to the secretary of education position. He also is familiar enough about the Senate where, even if Republicans take control, he might get a few things done.

And not to get all cheesy and such, but having a qualified VP that is not just a woman, but a woman that isn't white is huge. Now, little girls and young women have someone to look up to. Young black girls have a woman that they can admire and know that they, too, could become VP or president some day.

tl;dr: I think it's a nice step forward.

TBH it's a very optimistic viewpoint, considering how difficult farming is IRL.

My opinion is that very few blacks will take this on the offer- maybe a few urban progressives/rural blacks might do it, but the majority will be content to stay in the cities. And similar to places like Zimbabwe, if they push on this, we'll just likely see industrial farms remaining (who can skirt the rules based on their influence), and the rest turned into a multiude of unproductive farms.
I have heard stories that the USDA already has similar programs in place, the only thing you need is a tractor and other various implements for them to cut you a check. So the local joggers go get some rusted hulk of a tractor, call up the USDA, get their check then never actually farm anything.

in my local area the Obama administration rewarded black communities with a "nature preserve." Administered by the Fish and Wildlife Service.

This law would increase the number of farms in the area.

So now you have the USDA incentivized to expand.

But you also have Fish and Wildlife incentivized to expand the preserve.

You now have two government agencies competing with each other for land instead of cooperating.

This is going to be a fucking disaster.

Power is not a means, it is the end. Welcome to Realpolitik, the world where you honor no flag, no cause, no leader. The only thing that matters is to gain power for yourself and deny it to all others. This is the difference between the street-level Democrats and the Deep State: the plebians actually believe in things like ideals, they have a vision they want to achieve out of a sense of doing the right thing. The Deep State, on the other hand, bears no such delusions. They exists because of and for the sake of only one thing: POWER
So it'll devolve into a bunch of Dems backstabbing each other to be the king of shit mountain? Just because they flirt with collectivist ideology doesn't mean they aren't selfish.

I agree, let's all post nothing at all every day in this thread for no apparent reason.
Your tears are really fucking delicious, holy shit.

The sodium content is flavorful. Tell me, what kind of recipe is it? I must know the secrets of the universe to satisfy myself of right-wing cries forever.
