Its not though. Castrati "just" had their testicles cut off. Troonschsvw their puberty delayed beyond when it should happen, because its chemically suppressed and then they go through a fake puberty caused by carrying on blocking their original hormones, resulting in damaging their glands, and then taking fake replacement hormones too.
Up till the last 15 years or so trans people transitioned as adults. We have actually no real clue on the long term health prospects for these people and its gonna a be a dumpster fire watching it all happen. Its gonna be a good time to practice medical negligence law, about ten, fifteen years from now.

I mean, we know the blockers cause massive bone density issues and damage to the people who were given them as children to delay precocious puberty. Their bones are super brittle and break ridiculously easily.
But throwing cross sex hormones on top of that? For a lifetime? And mutilating genitalia so infection and urinary issues for life become a constant? Good lord.

Jazz's face bothers me so much. I'm not sure exactly why, it's probably several reasons. The nose obviously doesn't do him any favors but the other siblings have similar facial structure and somehow he got the most unflattering one besides Jeanette.
But more than the nose, it's something else, something about the way he talks and faces he makes. He always says everything (to the cameras at least) like a toddler running up to you to ask if you saw how far they threw a ball or how fast they ran. Like the excitement of doing something well for the first time. Eyes big, slightly manic from the rush of accomplishment, except he's not a toddler, he's a eunuch in his 20s.
And why does he talk with his mouth so crooked? All this money on hormones and "vagina" surgeries could have been better spent on speech therapy and a nose job, maybe a fucking acting lesson to teach him to not be so insufferable. Idk, there's no fixing the kid now but they should work on making his face a little less punchable.

I'd say a lot of it has to do with the uncanny lack of space between his nose and oversized lips. His nose literally curls down into his top lip, thus talking crooked probably is to disguise that (and failing).

He doesn't really have any good options. Normally I would suggest that someone wear less baggy clothes, as his current wardrobe tends to drape over him and just make him look like a box. It can happen to women too who have larger busts or hips, it just fills in their waist and leaves them barrel-like. However, Jaron has no figure, he has no feminine hips, skinny waist or sloped shoulders. he's going to look like a fridge either way and it's better to just pretend it's the fault of the fabric and not highlight the reality of his botched transition.

Families that had a son that had singing talent, would consider this route. Makes sense economically if you have several sons.

Yeah, the lips are just as bad, if not worse than the nose. I wonder if he had not been stunted at such a young age, if his lips would have become a little more masculine like the dad and brother's lips. They all have big noses but the men have a much thinner upper lip. Almost like Jazz's lip should have sloped downward as he aged.
Or he got all his moms shitty genetics and none of his dads besides skintone.

It's mostly the lack of philtrum that makes Jazz's face look odd - since they put him on blockers so early he never developed normally and basically seems to be stuck with facial features more like a young boy.

Decent marketing and packaging though I find it obnoxious personally. It's a pretty basic 3 step skincare brand with some add-ons like toner spray and clay masks. It seems very crunchy to me. Claims to be free of a bunch of ingredients. "Clean beauty" type stuff.
Would doing a lot of ballet exercises make his body shape more feminine?
Why are they so obsessed with genitals to do these horrible surgeries but also call people who want to know their sexual partners gender "genital obsessed"? It seems like it would be better if trans people got cosmetic surgeries to look more feminine like their face for example. It's too bad all the health issues associated with hormones too. Even in the correct genders estrogen can cause cancer and testosterone can hurt the female reproductive system when there is excess. Biotech just isn't ready for anything close to what trans people want. Maybe if there was an estrogen pill that didn't cause cancer... I'd say the same for transmen and T but beyond cancer, vascular and cardiac problems, T just seems to hate female reproductive organs and makes them so fucked up they prolapse and have to be removed. Why aren't transgender women trying to develop a non-carcinogenic form of estrogen? Why is so much of what they consider feminine consoomerist stuff that varies widely between cultures?

I think the uncanny valley effect comes from how you can see a shadow of a young boy's face somewhere there, slapped to a adult "female" body. There is something really child looking about his face, like I was looking at a 12-year-old boy but he is supposed to be a 20-year-old woman.
