I've read articles that the lawsuit is being filed tomorrow in Georgia.

As I stated a few days ago, Powell is either bluffing with a pair, or she's holding onto a royal flush. It's either or-- nowhere in between.

Am I confident about this? Honestly, not entirely. If I'm going to be honest, I'll profess that I would feel a lot better about this if Powell had underplayed her information. As far as I'm concerned he's screwed simply because of time. I cannot see how the Federal Courts (district, appellate or Supreme) will essentially hear the required cases in states Trump needs a favorable decision in prior to December 14th or additionally that states like Wisconsin or Georgia will allow "something" to be found in their "audits/recounts" that would require things to have to go to be decided by the House or the Electoral College.

Certification deadlines have passed for PA, MI and GA, narrowing Trump's options for victory to the courts, or to be more realistic, favorable rulings from the SCOTUS. Things have gone as expected ever since voting fraud has been discussed in this thread, but it's true that Trump's chances are lower than they were just after Election Day due to certification, which was also expected.

I found it weird recently I was looking at an article on A&N where the writer said.
