I know PA is completely fucked, but Trump needs MI as well as NV to actually win. So even if he gets PA, he still needs 2 more. I mean, its highly unlikely, but it is possible. We honestly should just do a revote in PA and NV because its completely and utterly fucked. He absolutely 100% needs MI though. Which I have no idea how he's going to get.

This is honestly hysterical to me. You know Biden cheated, but you're just letting it happen? What the fuck is wrong with you? That means they can do this whenever they want, including to you. I don't have anything to lose over this, you can lose your entire career. It is absurd. The fact that neo-cons and RINOs are stabbing him in the back is fucking laughable, because this shit is going to happen to them.
The fuckery happened in all battlegrounds so if PA goes to Trump then MI, WI and AZ are for sure going to Trump. NV is a toss up whereas GA is a lost cause and Kemp needs to be thrown to the alligators.

Also GEOTUS is now speaking at the hearing.

The cultural power of the religious right in the 80s is a meme for the most part. Its based on a pop culture level understanding of children interpreting the political shit their parents were talking about.

It's recycled through pop culture, now 2 generations deep, basically playing the telephone game.
Nah, Harris is not a true progressive and neither was Obama. They are neocons/neolibs in progressive clothing, the same way Bush was a neocon in theocrat clothing. At best, you'll see a return to Title IX witch hunts and molly-coddling the Woke Left via the media, which was still happening anyway but BLM and Antifa will get purged, especially if they get too uppity.

AOC and The Squad won't be given shit even if they're not purged from office via gerrymandering and DNC fuckery. They're the hapless Jacobins to Kamala's Napoleon Bonaparte.

Kamala will just be Obama on steroids, but more in the sense of being a shrill and mercenary neoliberal corporatist. The Woke Left were only ever useful idiots for them and the "Progressive Utopia" is simply the carrot at the end of the stick to keep the Woke Left doing the neoliberals' dirty work.

IIRC, I think Kemp was finally coerced into doing something to stop that and the Georgia state legislatures are enacting emergency measures to try and curb the ballot stuffing for the January runoffs. I'm not sure of all the specifics, but I do remember seeing articles in this thread about that a couple of days ago.

If Biden wins but the GOP is able to narrowly save the Georgia runoffs, then a Harris regime probably will be a lame duck since the courts are more stacked against them and they can't do the Obama "rule by EO" tactic as effectively unless they can take the Senate and stack the courts.

The only thing that seems like it's an outgoing administration is the fact he's pardoning Flynn.

If it were pardoning some random schmuck, I'd say Trump is accepting he can't win but since it's Flynn specifically, it could be a "Fuck You, DNC!" move that can work in his favor no matter how the SCOTUS cases shake out.

Nah, the Right didn't just concede cultural power and cuck out over the last several decades without a fight

They did fight to control the culture and they lost badly. People forget just how awful the Religious Right was back in their day and how they more or less ruined the state of the right in general and anything that was even tangentially associated with it to this day

If the moral conservatives had social media in the 80's and 90's, they'd be just as vicious and effective as the modern Woke Left. That's why the "hurr durr what r we conserving?" social conservatives are so grating, they want a return to the moral conservatism that allowed the GOP to get defeated and become the party of "gracious losers" in the first place
Right wing has to return to the pre-Ronald Reagan era roots like the days of Calvin Coolidge basically to save the country.

Trump is speaking via phone call now
I am pretty sure his claims were all thoroughly debunked. Like the "Dead voter" who was not dead, but alive. His claims about the late ballots going for Biden also is pretty expected, since they weren't allowed to count mail-in ballots until after the election was finished, and those are going to overwhelmingly go Biden anyway since Trump told his supporters to not use mail-in voting. The "more votes than they have voters" is also bullshit, since those "total voter" numbers were from several years ago

It's a huge deal if PA flips.

If PA flips, then the likelihood of other states following suit increases.

Well all your citations are pretty convincing...
Oh wait you said the magic "deboonk" word, that overrides the need for evidence, nevermind.

If there's some sort of deal between the GOP leadership in the disputed states and the Democrats where the Democrats would be allowed to rig the presidential vote but not down-ballot, I bet the quid pro quo was that the Republicans get a few House seats and the Senate. So the new regime has the White House but a razor-thin majority in the House and is a minority in the Senate.

I'm not impressed with Trump's rambling speech.
Expecting Trump to talk like a professional polished politican like that nigger before him that fucked everything up lol.

I'm not impressed with Trump's rambling speech.
Yeah it's making me wince.
He should have just stayed out of this hearing while it's going on and let the evidence speak for itself, because at best everything he's saying is hearsay.
Trump has a tendency to say something really regretful when he has no restraints.
At least he's going on and on after the witnesses have already testified so nobody can say that he altered people's assertions.

State-level Republicans in PA seem to be pretty fired up. Frank Ryan who organized elections in Iraq and Haiti is saying what happened in PA was much less fair and asks what remedy is being proposed. Rudy is calling for illegal ballots to be excluded, which I consider to be a fair and indeed merciful solution. He said the inferior officers, i.e. the people inferior to the legislature, aka the loathsome Boockvar, need to be punished.

Rudy is saying that votes were injected into the Dominion system. He wants a special prosecutor to go after Boockvar and go.

Dan Moul is saying the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has a history of acting unconstitutionally - both with redistricting and changing ballot rules. He is saying the governor has stopped a law barcoding ballots by threatening a veto. He is accusing the governor of corruption. Some PA state Senator is asking if there are criminal investigations by the FBI into voter fraud. Rudy says he doesn't know and those will take too long. Rudy is saying he has evidence that votes were put into the back door of Dominion machines. He reckons criminal investigations will take six months to a year. He also says that absentee ballots have never in NY been counted without an observer from both parties but in PA there are ~680,000 votes counted like this. He thinks if the legal votes are counted the election result will change. RSB has managed to avoid filming the name tags but someone else is saying that there was massive malpractice and something needs to be done. He said that the state legislature didn't vote for Dominion but it was pushed by the governor and 'the people of PA are not happy'

Senate majority leader, who seems like a nice lady, is clearly very pissed at being excluded from the count. Rudy says she was excluded because the Democrats wanted to cover up massive fraud. Says the Democrats used Dominion and Smartmatic to track how far behind they were so they could ballot stuff to win.

These people all seem very decent, to be honest. I have high hopes they'll fix it. That genial Mr. Trump will stay President and that horrible Manchurian candidate, dementia patient and pedophile Biden will hopefully end up in prison. Or maybe he'll just stay in the Senate where such traits are not unusual.

Rudy is saying there are eyewitnesses dropped off 30 ballots 'which is a large family. They're going to have problems this Thanksgiving'

He says the PA Supreme Court ruled that Republican observers only had to be there, not to be able to see the identifying marks and this will be appealed to the Supreme Court. Senator Judy Ward asks for information for a forensic audit of the machines. Rudy says the information can be provided for an audit of the machines. Crowd chants 'Do it! Do it!'. Rudy talks about ballot information being processed outside the country. Some Senator is saying the legal process needs to play out. Asks Rudy for information on pending cases.

Jenna Ellis says pending lawsuits in PA, NV, recounts in Georgia and Wisconsin. All litigation is aiming for a judicial remedy. She says the legislature can appoint electors. Do it! Do it! Cross the Rubicon!

Senator Rob Kaufman asks about ballot curing and equal protection violations. How many ballots are involved? He says Boockvar told people to cure, Senator shakes his head. Biden counties cured, Trump counties did. Can get cured ballots, not the uncured ones. Rudy says some types of fraud like the mail-in ballot one affected the election result, others like ballot curing did not but all are part of a plan to steal the election.

Rep Paul Schemel asked a witness who was denied admittance to a polling place if he tried other places. He claimed the whole ward was doing it. He saw other observers harassed. He is asked if he could do any observation. Apparently only overseas and military ballots were observed. All the ballots he saw counted - 35 were Biden - which he found strange.

Rep Paul Schemel asks if Rudy has whistleblowers. He says he has three but they need a subpoena. They are frightened for their physical safety. He says one of his lawyers had to leave the case because his children were threatened.

Rep Mike Jones points out the data about the election don't make much sense. Voter registration favored Republicans before the election which normally indicates a victory but this time they lost by 90,000 votes. Asks if mail-in ballots were more fraud-prone. Points out that Democrat mail-in votes tended to vote down-ballot. Asks if significant numbers of ballots went to the same address and if inactive voters became active. Apparently, the machines allow batches of mail-in votes to be assigned to a specific candidate. Says the shenanigans with USB memory sticks sounds criminal.

Rudy is asking them not to certify. Only certify the legal votes. Says Jones is right mail-ins are more fraud-prone. Says in MI ballots were shipped in in garbage boxes. Ballots were probably filled in that night, no time for down-ballot voting. This is why the Biden votes didn't have anything down-ballot.

Some guy is calling for Federal standards using tech like blockchain. STFU, nerd.

Jenna Ellis tells them they have the constitutional power to remedy this. Applause from the crowd. Deal with that today, do the tech stuff later.

Ellis is has been consistently great in this.

Daryl Metcalfe says PA has a long-running problem with fraud. Rudy has done a good job bringing these witnesses. Says he has been overwhelmed by people calling who are distraught that the election has been stolen. People are demanding action. Massive amounts of illegality in this election - officials not following the law set down by the legislature. Says he sent an email out to get the GOP caucus to listen in to this hearing.

Rudy says he's sure they'll get a chance to present their evidence. Claims the court case was dismissed to delay the presentation of their evidence. Claims courts have denied that chance. Points out the legislatures have 'equal if no superior' power to the courts.

Rep Dawn Keefer asks about 'pink highlighted' ballots. Rudy says he'll get it. Keefer says the power to decide electors is now in the statute. Ellis says she disagrees. The legislature can take it back, also laws were violated during the election. Rudy points out that the power was delegated to people whose conduct is in question. The legislature can take back delegated powers, especially if the governor and election commissioner told people to violate the law. It is absurd to let people who violated the law keep their delegated powers.

Senator Argall says legislation will be passed based on what they heard today. Thanks Doug Mastriano.

Senator Doug Mastriano asks the media to do its job and talk to witnesses. As an ex vet he thanks the witnesses for saving the Republic. Says that history is changing at Gettysbery once again. Says that we sent men to the moon 50 years ago and it's absurd that Afghanistan has fairer elections than PA. This is by design - people are interested in rigging elections. Says the real winner needs to be sent forth and the system needs to be fixed. It's like something out of Putin's Russia or Lukashenko's Belarus. We will not let this stand. Mentions Todd Beemer, 1776, the Bible, Ben Franklin. He is exceptionally based.

I still say it is his 'Trump will prove his case but SCOTUS won't overturn shit because the Left would riot'

There's precedence for this. JFK, IIRC, was found to have cheated his way into office and the powers that be all agreed to just ignore that because holy fuck if that was outed publicly the government would collapse.

So "we can't overturn this because it would destroy the country" is a valid stance the SCOTUS might (unofficially) take.

If PA Flips and stays flipped past any fuckery, it shatters the left's narrative in a way the media can't cover for.

That's when you'll start seeing Antifa riots targeting key locations in other states.

Well the main thing is that he is strongly super saiyan 3 tier doubling down that he won. Something none of the spineless cucks around him are willing to do in the GOPe.

The media is trying to make it look Trump is over. He is letting his supporters and the GOP in the states know that he is there and will fight.

Yup.

My biggest wish since November 4th has been to have at least one state "flip" and/or have the fraud exposed. Does one state help Trump win it all? Duh, of course not.

This shit needing to be exposed is a far greater importance than one man winning his re-election.

The pair of Qboomer lawyers also tried this argument, but mixed up the eligible voters of Minnesota and Michigan. They compared Michigan's turnout to the Minnesota's possible turnout, not realizing that MN is the state postal abbrievation for Minnesota and not Michigan.

Here's a key difference between the JFK election and now, though:

Nixon caved. He conceded.
