The point is that you would already be in Civil War 2, as the Deep State and their Democrat puppets would have already declared open hostilities by attempting to assassinate the sitting President. God forbid it be at the hands of an actual Democrat sitting congressperson. Imagine, for example, if Ilhan Omar tried to suicide belt Trump - we'd rocket past regular civil war and go directly to mass genocide so fast your head would spin. (If you're a Democrat aligned radical, likely with the help of a stout rope and short drop.)

There is no sequence of events following an assassination attempt, failed or succeeded, that does not end in massive bloodshed and death.
Good thing Ilhan Omar isn't going to murder Trump and kick off the next civil war then. The Democrats will probably just wait 50ish days until he isn't president any more which honestly seems like a much better plan.

Pennsylvania State Senator Mastriano says the Pennsylvania legislators are going to write a joint resolution to take back their Constitutional authority to delegate their own electors rather than the Secretary of State. This is massive.
Can someone clarify what this means in the grand scheme of things? I'm almost following it but not quite.

So Trump had his appeals thrown out again by a PA appeals court.

Was this part of the plan to move up to SCOTUS, or should we be concerned? Interestingly enough, a Trump-appointed judge ruled on this- either he's part of the machine, or I wonder if this was intended behind the scenes to keep it moving upwards beyond the courts in PA?
Lol you're literally retarded. A Trump appointee who has advocated for electric shocks to be used as a method of punishment and two Bush 43 appointees threw out the case because it was retarded. This isn't 4D chess, and it's fucking hilarious that Jenna Ellis is complaining about 'activist judges'.
Bibas pointed out that the Trump campaign’s legal filings didn’t follow court rules, which on its own would knock out their effort to convince the court to block the Pennsylvania results. But even on the merits he wrote that the campaign failed to show they were entitled to that “extraordinary step.”

“Voters, not lawyers, choose the President. Ballots, not briefs, decide elections. The ballots here are governed by Pennsylvania election law. No federal law requires poll watchers or specifies where they must live or how close they may stand when votes are counted,” Bibas wrote. “Seeking to turn those state-law claims into federal ones, the Campaign claims discrimination. But its alchemy cannot transmute lead into gold. The Campaign never alleges that any ballot was fraudulent or cast by an illegal voter.”

Right now Reuters is claiming 306 for Biden, 232 for Trump

If PA flips that's 20 electoral college votes so it is down to 286 for Biden. So 17 more and he's fucked.

The Wisconsin recount is apparently going well for the GOP with loads of illegal ballots being tossed. That's 10 electoral votes
The Arizona recount is close. That's 11 electoral votes
Michigan is 16 votes and there's vast amounts of evidence of fraud.
Trump is going to GA, which is 16. It's absolutely critical that the GOP wins the Senate run-offs and there's loads of evidence of fuckery.

We know the Rudy/Ellis train is going to most of these states and it looks like they've already convinced the PA state legislature to flip their EC votes.

If I were Biden I'd be really nervous right now. If the election result is overturned because of massive fraud there's going to be a huge purge of DNC riggers.

,"there's no such thing as never trumpers or rinos"

good news is that lower courts didnt bother to answer the "is curing legal or not" question. because thats what'll get taken to scotus and lead to equal protection

you're being overly optimistic, but we'll just to have wait and see.

(Remember, the Safe Harbor deadline is on the 8th of December)

Lol if Trump is such a courageous fighter against 'never trumpers and rinos', why does he only appoint 'never trumpers and rinos' and nominate them to courts?

It's almost like that's exactly who he wanted to staff his administration with.

They state it was part of the plan, and one should be concerned all the same.

they'll bitch about voter access and try to push laws relaxing election security.

its why they keep telling stories about helping old ladies vote.

Allegedly giga spergery in the Beauty Parlor or something.
Ok, thank you. I think there should be a page on the main page detailing all the major events on the Farms, instead of having a bunch of new users who have no idea about the lingo or culture flailing around and getting all the old users mad. Not everyone has been here since 2015.

the rinos have been the mainstay of the gop for 40-50 years. easy peasy lemon squeezy explanation. took 1 second to think about.

according to Nick, Rudy's PA filing was so fucked up they made it comically easy for the PA judges to toss out. "Forgot to state causes of action" level bad. So this was inevitable, but the SCOTUS can only hear certain things, and "I forgot to actually make an accusation of fraud in my paperwork" isn't one of them.
Actually, this isn't even remotely connected to 'forgetting to make an accusation of fraud'.

You can read the decision here.

They repeatedly note that Giuliuni didn't just fail to make an accusation of fraud. In oral argument, he repeatedly stated that they were not alleging fraud, for obvious reasons (there was no fraud and thus there is no evidence of fraud).

Since the Farms is made up of mostly mini cows, and this thread has been a haven for sperging, what will the next subject be for the flipout?
Last night was women, I saw @CrippleThreat say he was surprised no one did one on Jews yet.
We'll split the difference and talk about Jewish women.

Because it's much easier to make an accusation of negligence than an accusation of fraud.
