Can someone clarify what this means in the grand scheme of things? I'm almost following it but not quite.
There is a chance that the cuckolds in charge of the battleground states could actually appoint direct electors for Trump. I give it still low odds that it could work. The GOPe has been disappointing so far but the momentum is building up.

Academic Agent pointed out this interesting piece of legislation proposed by Trump ally Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis

https://www.govexec.com/management/...l-transition-team-ethics-requirements/162898/

In addition to GSA’s requirements, the bill has stipulations for other stakeholders in the transition process. It would require presidential candidates to create and release an ethics plan for their transition team prior to the election. The plans must indicate if there are any current or former lobbyists on the teams, disclose conflicts of interest for the candidate and team members and include a code of ethical conduct that all members must sign.

Now, look at the bit about ethics, lobbying, and conflicts of interest.

By starting the transition Trump has put Biden in a situation where he needs to declare all that stuff. Is he going to declare Hunter Biden's activities? Obviously not. Now suppose the courts or legislatures flip states and Trump becomes POTUS. At that point, there will be an investigation into them, and Biden will obviously be outed as The Big Guy. In fact, this could happen if the Republicans keep control of the Senate.

Here's the bill

Is it me or does this seem like a massive trap for Biden?

Actually @Taco has kind of a point, is this a discussion about the election or just all the politispergs gathering together so all the salt farmers can laugh? Because whenever this thread is brought up outside of her, it's mocked worse then the Doomsday one.
We'll split the difference and talk about Jewish women.
Already did that.

Lol you're literally retarded. A Trump appointee who has advocated for electric shocks to be used as a method of punishment and two Bush 43 appointees threw out the case because it was retarded. This isn't 4D chess, and it's fucking hilarious that Jenna Ellis is complaining about 'activist judges'.

Our condolences to your cousin that got banhammered from real life by the Mossad.

I don't expect people to accept this when they are already fully erect at the thought of a violent purge of all their political enemies after Trump is legally declared God Emporer.

Hey, I like speculating about politics. Also, there's no reason a purge be violent. My favorite purge was completely legal.

It's always sort of been more of the latter, but ever since the election actually happened it's been way worse. Frankly, I can't blame it for being mocked to hell and back considering how much retarded doomposting, and /pol/sperging has been going on lately in it.

So Trump had his appeals thrown out again by a PA appeals court.

Was this part of the plan to move up to SCOTUS, or should we be concerned? Interestingly enough, a Trump-appointed judge ruled on this- either he's part of the machine, or I wonder if this was intended behind the scenes to keep it moving upwards beyond the courts in PA?
That lawsuit was a complete shot in the dark to begin with. The ruling is bullshit because that's absolutely not fair, but it's also "the best kind of correct." In Pennsylvania, there is no Federal law dictating how far away the poll watchers are supposed to be from the polls that they're watching. It's absolutely dogshit that the poll watchers were stationed so far away that you could Photoshop them into a bird watching event without anyone noticing the difference, but if there's not implicitly a law in Pennsylvania for them to argue against, there's really nothing that can be done about that one.

It was a longshot, but the odds of that specific lawsuit going anywhere were very slim to begin with.

the rinos have been the mainstay of the gop for 40-50 years. easy peasy lemon squeezy explanation. took 1 second to think about.
Lol remember how the Trump transitional team set up the 'GreatAgain.gov' website the day after the election to take applications from people who actually supported Trump, many of whom might have been qualified?

I understand they got over 60,000 applications, but not one of those people were hired. Instead Trump just hired a bunch of his favorite Wall Street and Bush admin veterans. Weird!

Who cares. Split the difference and say it's both.

The doomposting was from trolls. And any examples of the /pol/ posting? I can think of a few, but that's to be expected nowadays.
Most of the members here are here because everywhere else won't let them say what they want or salt farmers who remind me of the consooom meme.

Actually, this isn't even remotely connected to 'forgetting to make an accusation of fraud'.

You can read the decision here.

They repeatedly note that Giuliuni didn't just fail to make an accusation of fraud. In oral argument, he repeatedly stated that they were not alleging fraud, for obvious reasons (there was no fraud and thus there is no evidence of fraud).
oh look, ballot curing is mentioned once, no opinion on its legality and then spends a lot of time on equal protection, mentioning that one guy was allowded to observe in buck but not philly and then they dont explain why that doesnt show different treatment.

did the pasc make the right call that defective ballots shouldnt be thrown out? the appeals court says yes, what will scotus say?

who knows but the courts are firm in saying the rules dont have to be applied consistently and that polls can accept whatever ballots they wish.

if this is the end of the road for PA then gop counties just need to accept every ballot.

This is what they call a "containment thread." Classic tell is the thread title being changed to mockery

Considering how the thread last night went from the merits of Rudy's case in Pennsylvania to Women are the Downfall of Western Society in the space of a few hours. And it has happened like 3 times now where Rudy does a presser and first hour is all whitepills. And then the remainder of the day is all blackpills and doompills about the GOP filled with cucks and the media is still powerful and all that shit.

Either people are not reading the posts and just post whatever shit that came into their head or the Doomsday thread is filled with apolitical trolls that don't care who wins and as a result, many retards, who will not be named but we know who they are, come here to just shit up the discussion with the same bullshit talking points from CNN or MSNBC because the trolls over there don't care and probably mock them harder.

Is this the part where we judge men based on their sons?

Don't forget, Biden has his other son Beau who he mentioned in the first debate. Got the bronze star and everything. Let's check how he's doing.

Are you saying that people should respect 30-time loser Rudy Giuliani more? Only Rudy whitepills and THE KRAKEN to be allowed in this thread?

The point is that you would already be in Civil War 2, as the Deep State and their Democrat puppets would have already declared open hostilities by attempting to assassinate the sitting President. God forbid it be at the hands of an actual Democrat sitting congressperson. Imagine, for example, if Ilhan Omar tried to suicide belt Trump - we'd rocket past regular civil war and go directly to mass genocide so fast your head would spin. (If you're a Democrat aligned radical, likely with the help of a stout rope and short drop.)

There is no sequence of events following an assassination attempt, failed or succeeded, that does not end in massive bloodshed and death.
What are you even talking about? Regean was almost assassinated, JFK was, and the vast majority of Americans just shit themselves then went on with their lives in both incidents.

Between this and the fantasizing about revoking Women's rights yesterday I think this thread is starting to lose touch with reality as they can't cope with a Biden victory (and had no real plans for when Trump would be gone, since his populism was built up into a personally cult over the last few years).
