Listening back it definitely sounds like they are talking about the paternity test slip from Pantsu. Ralph is saying something about being in the bathroom (presumably at the restaurant) and Pantsu says 'she said it not me' and threatens to leave and not come back. He was seething at her.

This needs further analysis due to TTS and low IQ interruptions from people on the camera making much of it inaudible.

Edit: Thanks to @ClipBitch for providing further context. As I thought Ralph had been in the bathroom when she was talking about the DNA test. Now we have clear confirmation that they were discussing that and Ralph was SO MAD at her for it. Which, if it was just a joke, wouldn't upset him so much...
