The courts act as a check on the insurrection act. If he was to invoke it he would be pulled into court and asked to explain why he called it. He would likely point to the "uphold constitutional rights" section in regards to voting which he would then be asked to show proof that these rights were violated. Honestly, besides contacting local authorities and donating money to proper places, there is only so much you can do, and trying to control something completely out of your control is maddening. With the way everything is going, I just can't see any wins for the right if Biden gets in. Average people will be harassed for having right wing views and scared into not voting, they can always just rig it again, the few who aren't scared won't vote because they don't trust that their vote means anything and if some of the more extreme ideas go through people in the government could be arrested for being on Trump's side. 2024 is a pipe dream for Trump and I believe he realizes it. The media is playing up Trump 2024 and releasing polls showing he is ahead, that is suspicious shit.
